    This business wrongly charged me $2500 on June 16th, 2024 for a subscription that had been inactive for nearly a year. I reached out after noticing the discrepancy, and followed up several times through their website with no response. A few months went by and I eventually reached out to the business owner via social media in November. She assured me she would look into it, but it is now February and I have had zero resolution and she is now ignoring my messages. I would like the money that was taken without my permission from my bank account returned to me. I am incredibly frustrated and annoyed at how long this has taken and how much of my time has been spent following up.

    My credit card has been debited for $1,497.00 on 01/07 by Powerful Professionals under the reference 244921607000HT8EM with a phone number **************. I called but I was not able to talk to anyone. I did send a message and I received a response saying that my husband did subscribe to a one-year contract that was canceled shortly after. The charges are for that subscription. I send back a text saying that since there is no yearly subscription, my credit card should not be debited. I asked them to reverse the charges and I asked them to send me a copy of the executed contract signed by both parties. They are not responding anymore.It would be greatly appreciated it if you can help me to recover the sums which is unfairly debited from my credit card.I am looking forward to hearing from you and I thank you.Sincerely,***********************

    We are writing in response to the complaint filed by **************************** regarding a charge on her credit card under reference number 244921607000HT8EM. We appreciate the opportunity to address her concerns and provide clarification on the matter.


    ******************* husband, **************, enrolled in our Power ******************** business coaching program on December 7, 2022 after attending ************. Upon his request, his membership was promptly canceled on January 23, 2023. As per our standard terms and conditions, memberships are non-refundable, and no refund was requested in this case. The charge in question was for his monthly payment for Power ******************** and it was processed in accordance with the terms agreed upon at the time of enrollment.


    We want to assure the Better Business Bureau that we take customer complaints seriously and strive to resolve them fairly and promptly. Our team is committed to providing excellent customer service, and we are here to assist *************** with any further questions or concerns she may have.
