      ************ 2021 I had a Ac unit installed. I paid by check up front before the unit was even ordered. They were nice people. I've been having trouble with the unit since it has been installed. It's not cooling at night in two of the rooms, and the bathroom has stopped cooling as much. I can take the unit off of auto and put it on on and the unit is still shutting off. I'd prefer to stay cool at night with a running ac than to be miserable hot from the ac shutting off.

      Good Afternoon, I apologize for my delayed response. I have been out of the office for a few days. I have personally spoken with Mrs. **** and accessed the situation at her home. Her complaint is poor airflow to 2 bedrooms in her home. We replaced the existing HVAC system with a new ** **** **** system, the new system has substantially better airflow than her existing system. We connected the new system to the existing ductwork. Her complaint is at night her bedroom and her two sons bedroom gets hot, the heat load of a home is significantly decreased on a home. We have advised Mrs. **** that she needs 2 duct modifications, 1 for her bedroom and 1 for her sons bedroom. both of these rooms are significantly larger than the rest of the rooms in her home. I personally recommended to Mrs. **** that she needs to increase the size of the duct supplying her room and add an additional vent to each room to resolve her problem. I have spoken with Mrs. **** since and I was informed that after I made my recommendation her family fell ill and was unable to pursue corrective action. She was going to get in touch with me once she was ready to proceed with repairs I have yet to hear from her. I will be glad to correct the issue but I have to be given authorization to proceed with repairs. Thank you
