    On *** ** Beasley Landscaping claimed all services were rendered. We pushed back indicating the back yard was to be leveled as well. The GM of this company claimed all services rendered. On *** ** the GM and the landscaper, who actually did the work, came to our home to review the situation. An important fact here is that it had rained all morning, and the ground was saturated. The GM asked my husband if he wanted him to level the ground. My husband said yes. After the first pass with the machine it was obvious he was sinking into the ground making the situation even worse. He finally stopped leaving the back yard in worse shape than when he came. He's now refusing to come back and make it right. We paid close to $10,000. for services which did not include the pavers as we purchased those separately. In reading the contract we interpret that leveling and seeding were part of the discussion. We don't even need the seed, but has to be graded. The GM indicates it at their discretion. Any attempt to speak with the owner has been rejected.

    We have reviewed all complaints and negotiated with common partnership how to address matters with our client. Client's assessment and resolution has been scheduled and emailed to the client. Client has been amicable with us after our office reached out several times due to the importance of a unhappy customer. It is never our intention here at Beasley Landscaping to have the satisfaction of settling a unsatisfied client. We hope to resolve all matters responsibly in accordance with timing scheduled, and wish to work with client in the future on any and all needs.
