    November 08 2021 Paid to have a sound system installed with specific equipment.Install did not happen until March 2022.Owner did not provide us with the 7 microphones that we paid $2500 for. He left ******* used microphones to use as a temporary measure. He claimed that the microphones were not in stock at the time of installation. Any attempt to reach him is futile. He will not answer phone or emails.When we did reach him, we requested a refund for the amount of the microphones and he stated he would mail a check; however as of this date we have not received it. This has been two months since our last communication. Installation was subpar and we are having issues with the new system. We would like a refund for the microphones and have the system repaired.

    We first contacted Athens Audio Visual ?(***) on August 13, 2021, to have our conference room set up. We worked out a price for a *********** PTZ camera with mounting, mounting brackets, two ****** Nest wifi packs, two Shure PZM microphones, and the labor. It totaled out to $8585.91 and we paid the $7,085.91 due upon acceptance. The only thing?s delivered to us w?ere the **** TV mount and ****** Nests. ?There were several attempts to try to coordinate the install of the microphone and camera. We only received a response when we mentioned we wanted to add a projector and ?motorized screen in April 2022. ?For this additional equipment and work, we paid $5,431.93 in advance for the equipment with $750 remaining to pay upon installation. We tried several times to reach out and speak with *** to no avail: August 31, 2021, and then January 12, February 18, March 1, March 14, April 21, April 27, May 2, and May 3 of 2022 . We scheduled multiple dates for installation only to have no one arrive. While we were understanding and sympathetic when we heard that there had been Covid impacts on the business in February, it has now been seven months and many more excuses since then despite being told that all our equipment had arrived and was in the *** office. At this point, we're filing this complaint in hopes of receiving some form of compensation because it is clear that Athens *** has no desire or intention of getting in touch and fulfilling their agreements with us. We would like a full refund of the amount we paid or delivery of all undamaged, working equipment that we have already paid for.
