    Uberprints told me they would give me the proof, in terms of the image of the Love begins at Home t- shirt with the beige heart on the right sleeve. They gave me the proof (image) of the Love begins at Home t- shirt with the red heart on the right sleeve, but I need the Love begins at Home t- shirt with the beige heart on the right sleeve in order to proceed as I would like. Uberprints told me they would do this, and then tried to brush me off in an underhanded and insidious way, disregarding what they said to me.

    A design proof was provided for Order # ******** and the completed order was shipped on 12/09/2024. The customer has not placed any new orders since then. We do not offer design work or proofs unless an order has been placed.

    Here is my response to Uberprints:  Could I get the first name of the Uberprints representative with whom I am communicating with, it would be helpful in understanding the situation further?

                                                                  Would you send me the proof of the Love begins

     at home T - shirt with the beige heart on the right sleeve that an Uberprints employee

     told me I would be sent? I would appreciate it if you would send the proof this time.

       I think I understand what is going on.

       Having understood what is going on, I will do my best to avoid this situation going forward.

       But if you would send the proof this time, it would show as people you

     are true to your word.

       If you send the proof, the situation can move forward and I will do my best

     to avoid this dynamic going forward.

    8/26 - order placed for 60 shirts. Order #************* - customer service reached out to inform me that they would need to make some slight updates to the colors on the logo only of the shirt 8/27 - the Uber prints service team showed me the updated logo colors and i approved the update 8/31 - shirts are delivered 9/1 - i got home to see that the shirts are not the same color as shown on the website. The shirts i received are a much lighter/brighter green than what was depicted on the website and the follow *** that i received 9/1 - i contacted the customer service department and was told that they would only provide a 25% refund or reprint credit since they did not make any mistakes in the printing As you can see in the screenshot attached, the website shows a darker more classic green when you are selected to *********************. However, the shirts delivered look more like a ****** search of *********************. The color on the website is misleading and if the color has been accurate i would not have selected that one. As mentioned, this was an order for 60 shirts for my rugby team. We so not have a ton of money to throw around for our club so for the **** Print team to only provide 25% of the money back based of off their own misleading website is extremely inappropriate.

    A replacment / re-print of order #******** has been issued as of 09/03/2024. The new order # is ******** and consists of 60 replacment shirts in forest green as requested by the customer. 

    We appreciate the opportunity to correct this order and believe this will resolve the issue.
