    I purchased a ********** bed, then the drawers that go underneath, and then the trundle bed. This product outperforms every previous bed I have ever owned. What I love about it - - No stupid MDF, all solid wood - No creaking - Lightweight but strong construction, you don't need a freaking weight belt on and two people to move it - understated simple ************ it plain and unfinished as is - no annoying lip around the sides to bang your leg against - takes up minimum possible floorspace - No annoying center leg with the queen size - Free shipping This is a simple, high quality, well manufactured product. One of the best deals out there in home furniture that I have seen.

    Buyer Beware I was excited to buy a high quality and American made bed frame from their website. Unfortunately I never got the chance to use the frame. I am in the process of a move and their expected delivery was delayed by two days from when it was originally shown to arrive. I called *** to change the destination because I would be physically moving the day of arrival but *** informed me that the address could not be changed by anyone but the sender (KD frames). I contacted KD to try to do this and was told that they do not have that option because they use a third party company (Shopify) to coordinate their shipments and they had no way of contacting them. I asked them for solutions - could we cancel the original order so I could reorder with my new address or can somehow redirect the shipment but they were unwilling to do anything for me. At this point I requested a refund, which they denied.The moral of the story - If you order from KD frames and have made ANY mistake on your shipping info, KD will not be able to help you and you will be charged for a product you won't receive. I wish I had known this prior to buying from them.
