      To whom it may concern:This is my final letter to you 3rd notice You, petal , refused to go by the law, Im not sure if you think youre above the law but Im letting you know you are not. The fair credit reporting act, which is the federal law that governs all credit reporting activities to consumers credit report states in 15 U.S code 1681(a)(2)(a)(1) the term consumer report does not include - report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report.If you dont comprehend the words thats coming out of my letter right now, please send this to your legal department because its obvious this department are not equipped to comprehend what is about to take place if you keep being negligent with my request. Pursuant to 15 usc 1681 (a) (2) (a) (1) speaks on the exclusion on a consumers consumer report and that exclusion says that transaction which is a payment history is not included on a consumers consumer report. 15 U.S Code **** give me, the consumer, an opportunity to opt of having my information reported. You will not deny me these rights, I am exercising the right to opt out and I am requesting all 3 disclosures that you shouldve gave me and that I subsequently signed to authorize a reporting of this account. I am exercising my right pursuant this law to opt out of having this information reported. The next time you will hear from me if these accounts are deleted within the 10days will be arbitration

      I believe that there has been a mistake in the company the complainant is filing against for the following reasons:

      We do not have a record of the complainant being a client of our services or a customer in our retail store.
      We do not file with credit agencies.  We are a purchase-and-receive business that does not offer credit options.
      The address area filed with the complaint is not an area we service.
      We have not received any communication from the complainant before this complaint.
