    I am writing to file a complaint against Pink Zebra Moving company for damages to my hardwood floors and misplacement of my items during my recent move.My move was conducted on 4/27/23 and 4/28/23 I paid Pink Zebra Moving $2,975.00 Pink Zebra was to move our possessions from ****************************************, Athens ** ***** to *********************************************************During the move, Pink Zebra employees caused damage to our antique hardwood floors which were in pristine condition. Damage to the floors was widespread and extensive, caused by Pink Zebra employees dragging heavy furniture across the floors without any pads or protection. The floors now have deep scratches, gouges and scuff marks that cannot be repaired without replacement or complete refinishing. Items were misplaced during the move, including couch legs. The two single beds and the ** were not assembled even when asked to do so. On the second day of the move, items were left outside on the lawn when neither my wife nor I were present. These actions showed a complete lack of respect and responsibility towards us as customers.These issues were brought up with Pink Zebra management on the day they occurred, but were not properly addressed by coordinator ***********************. We were charged for the complete cost of the move without being sent a final invoice. Pink Zebra charged our credit card on file without any notification of the final amount. This also speaks to a lack of professional conduct, and obvious urge to avoid any further contact with us since they had damaged our floors.In the weeks that followed, we attempted to contact Pink Zebra by both phone and email. We also sent a formal letter of complaint via email. All of these attempts were met with no response from Pink Zebra, even though numerous voicemails and emails were left urging them to do so.For the damage to our floors we received a repair estimate from ******************* of ******* in the amount of $6,120.

    I am not liable with this debt with Republic Finance . I do not have a contract with Republic Finance. They did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.
