I purchased a 2024 Volvo XC60 (Certified Pre-Owned) with ****** miles from this dealership less than three months ago. We have been loyal Volvo customers for years and had a great experience with this location in the past, prior to new ownership.Unfortunately, since the ownership change, the service has significantly declined. The A/C failed shortly after I bought the car, and despite the scorching 100+ degree weather, the dealership has done nothing to resolve the issue or provide assistance. Ive been forced to drive an unsafe, overheated vehicle daily with zero urgency or support from the service team. The dealership also damaged my cars paint and scheduled me to drive two hours for a repair appointment. When I arrived, I was told the paint technician wasnt there. I wasted over four hours traveling, waited an hour at the dealership, and was promised gas reimbursementnone of which has been honored. They have made no effort to correct the paint issue their team caused. This level of customer care is unacceptable, especially for a Volvo-certified purchase. We used to have a driver come three hours to pick up our previous Volvo for servicenow they wont even help accommodate one hour of travel, let alone fix their own mistakes.I expected far better from a certified dealership. Im extremely disappointed and would not recommend purchasing or servicing a vehicle at this location under the current management. I would look into the ********** location for a Volvo they have top notch service.

I was taken for approximately $16,000.00. I bought a car from Acura Volvo of Athens and it was already messed up when they sold it to me. I called they sent a tow truck to pick it up and I haven't seen my car nor any of my monies back and it's been 3 years. These people wouldn't even take my calls. ******* ****** sold me this car. Acura Volvo wanted me to file their mistakes on my insurance. When the car tore up before I got home and ******* promised me to have my car fixed or he would personally bring me another car. I haven't seen him nor another car since this conversation. I am elderly disabled person that was taken advantage of.
