2 years 7 months to install our unground pool.Was not during Covid but thats what we keep hearing!**** took out 75 % down payment and would not give it back.We missed 3 ******* of not being able to use our pool.Came up with every excuse in the book.When the pool was finished and final bill was due he makes it up 10% for prices going up due to covid!You can not talk to this person or his wife.We were told by his wife,hes stressed.Well then get someone else to handle your business.

Delays WERE caused by Covid19 and not Athens Pool & Spa .There were material shortages, material cost increases, fuel surcharges, which not only were beyond our control ,that you refused to pay, and other issues cause by you and your wife. Your wife changed from a standard coping to a cantilever and the pool had to be redesigned by the manufacturer, there was a steel shortage which we told you and your wife numerous times which you chose not to believe . We Never took a 75% deposit look at your contract it was 50%, the pool took one year not 2yrs 7 months to complete. The fuel surcharges and cost increase was 8% not 10% as you incorrectly claim, and they were $1530.00.My wife told you to stop harassing the employees and me as when we knew something we would call you. your pool turned out beautiful... I still stand by my word when the surcharge is paid your pool will have a warranty, as of now Athens pool & spa has voided any warranties affordable due to non payment.We wish you the best in your future endevours.

These people are delusional .The pool was finished in one year. Check with other builders , during Covid19 we were all back logged only 1 yr with jobs ,some builders 2 yrs.Never has it taken 2 yrs 7 months to build a pool....
