    I arrived to the *************** and due to delays no under my control including plane delays and construction at the *************** me and another woman were late to the shuttle. We were told at 1 AM that there were no more shuttles and nothing they could do. Upon contacting the Groome at my location in ******** I was denied and refused a refund.

    On May 2 I placed an reservation and the next day something occurred beyond my control I would not have a caregiver for my relative I have ridden with groome several times before and never had to cancel but theyre cancellation policy is ridiculous especially when you dont know what or when youll be traveling again and they want you to accept a credit to use or tell you someone else can use it If I pass away theyll have $ not entitled to them how can a shuttle service keep your $ and you gave ample notice then theyre quick to say you agreed to the terms Will the terms are ridiculous

    We apologize you were not satisfied with the experience you had with Groome Transportation. We do have a cancellation policy that states we do not do refunds, but we will give you a credit to use within the next year. We understand situations come up unexpectedly so we are going to give you a full refund of $104.00. Please contact our office with any other concerns or questions.
