    To whom this may concern

    I am the owner of Moore's Tree Service and ***** Grinding. I respectfully disagree with this complaint, it's untrue, and damaging to my company's reputation. I have never asked or received any deposits for any quoted jobs. I've personally quoted every single job we performed. All my quotes were in written estimate, a copy was provided to my customer. We've always done the job and got paid in full when the job was completed. I would like to have proof of a deposit being made to our company, I would like for him to contact me personally because I know this complaint was either a mistake of names or meant to defamation of character for myself and my company.

    There is one other tree service in ******, ** with similar name as my company, ******************* Solution, had the same complaint shown. This is the only explanation I could think of that makes any sense because I run a honest business built on our customer's recommendations and trust.
