    I received a letter dated January 10 from *********************** indicating that my daughter should be reimbursed for an overpayment of $50 to Axia Women's Health. I filled out the form they requested and tried faxing numerous times but kept receiving a "no answer". So I mailed the form back to them on January 17, 2024. As of this date, there has been no action, no follow up. I have contacted Axia women's health and they said she was definitely owed the $50 (they had mailed the check on 12/2020 but it was returned) but they were unable to issue to a check because the claim in now with Escheat MM. I have been trying to fax the forms every day for almost 2 weeks, but as before i am getting "no answer". On February 8 i sent them a certified letter with the requested info and a letter and still no response. In the letter they threatened to send the money owed me to the *********** and i would have to deal with them to get the money back.What kind of an organization is this?? There is no phone number for them, their fax is not working and they have not contacted Axia to issue the payment. I am at my wit's end with this place!

    We received a letter deform JMS regarding unclaimed funds. We completed the letter to claim the funds. We received a check from them deposited the check in a checking, the check was returned for refer to maker. I was talking to *******************************, he will not return any calls. This started 6 weeks ago and is still not resolved and cannot get anyone to call me back. All we want to know is what to do to receive our unclaimed funds. The company is awful to do with, no one will return your call. PLEASE HELP
