      This has literally been the worst experience Ive ever encountered ever. I was a potential tenant at one of bridge waters properties in ***********, ** named *******. On top of the misconduct and complete rudeness Ive experienced from this place then application process was even worse. These people were very condescending. They made the process completely h*** for me. I provided every document that asked for, I even went out my way to get the owner of where ** employed to speak to these people. They had the audacity to ask the owner to see her books, her bank accounts just to confirm that I work there, it was the worse experience Ive ever encountered. Everytime I provide a document they would say they need more info, they completely prolonged this process two weeks because of the back and forth. The people who work there should be replaced with people who arent condescending or with people who dont think that they are some how superior to others. ******************* up the phone on me, and ************************ told me and my occupant who was with me for support to leave theyre build. I asked ***** to return my administration fee and he told me it would be returned in **** days. When I later spoke to him he I quote said he miss spoke and that I would not be getting back my administration fee. I later went back to ******* and asked to speak with the property manager ******* where I experienced just another set of outlash of rudeness. She contradicted her self many times within speaking to here she even went as far as to ask us to leave. Nonetheless she proceeded to say it was written on a paper on their wall that after two days the fee would not be returned even after it was theyre fault that it went on so long not only that I went over the paper thoroughly and nowhere on there did it say that. She later called me and said they would return the fee, it is now over a month after this horrible nightmare Im still yet to receive my administration fee.
