    Reservation for covered parking. Sent to outdoor uncovered parking apparently due to overbooking. April 05-16,2025. I want an adjustment on my $161+ bill. I have text to *************************************************** multiple times. No reply. They are also extremely hard to find a phone number to the business. Their phone prompts recording redirects you to the website. They gladly took my money and did not deliver and have no reasonable recourse for a customer service satisfaction payment adjustment.

    On 10/26/24 I had a reservation for the indoor service parking. The facility could not find my reservation but was given an additional ticket. I was told to drive straight ahead and park. I waited 30 min as 3 shuttles passed me. No one stopped to ask , could they help me? I had to call to ask what the issue was. After 30 minutes of waiting I got a shuttle and I was not greeted. I was not offered with help with my baggage. The driver ******* ****** did not provide the appropriate service. When I got to the airport I was not assisted with my baggage. I have used the parking service multiple times and I have never experience these issues. I paid extra to park in the indoor and I would to be compensated for the inconvenience.

    Good evening Ms. ************** do apologize for the inconvenience at Peachy. We drive to offer exceptional service however sometimes things do not go as smoothly as planned. The driver is trained and expected to assist you with your luggage off and onto the bus. I would glad refund your parking fee, however, I do not see it in our system. If you could please me with a receipt to ***************************** we will make this right.

    I paid $64.48 on 06/12/2024 for 4 days my flight got back at ***** my booking was for 7/15/2024 at 1am why when i was leaving I had to pay another $22 and it clearly shows when you book the times when you want to check out

    when you go on there site to book it clearly give you that 4 day when returning and select time my time was 1am because my flight got in in 07/15/24 at 11:30pm. Getting to baggage claim and getting to the shuttle ran my into 07/16/24 which I clearly selected about 1:am this company is clearly robbing customers and there time the Customer selected they dont honor why ask the customer what time if its not been honored. Make it make sense do your research and try to book with them and you will clearly see the times.  Another thing Im this company does not honor Groupons yet they all over Groupons rip bing people of there hard earn money. Clearity and making sense in times needs to be looked into!

    The customer booked and paid for ********************** to return no later than 1 am on 7/15  2024 . She actuary returned 7/16/ 2924  at 12:34 am almost 24 hours later which is why she was charged an extra day. 
    the instructions are not vague. The instructions ask for your departure date and time and your return date and time. 
    She apparently just made an error in entering the correct return entire and owed and additional day.

    I reserved a 2 day parking with Peachy airport Parking, and added a full detail. Upon picking up my vehicle I noticed they put blue tape around my passenger window. Apparently the window was broken during the detail while in Peachy Parkings possession. The supervisor ******* did nothing to help the situation and accepted no liability and was in no way apologetic. My windows were functioning perfectly upon delivery.

    I wrote to Peachy Parking ******************************* on 1/1/2023 to request compensation for the delay in our pick up from the ********************* Terminal on 12/29/2022. However, have received no response.Specifically, Peachy Parking failed to perform pick up at the international terminal every *********************** their service offering. We were required to wait approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes for a bus to arrive between approx. 1:00PM- 2:15PM (despite texting/ calling the number you provided to inform them of our arrival). This delay resulted in considerable ***et for our two children (aged 2 & 4) as they were very fatigued having just arrived on a long haul flight. The driver who eventually picked us up stated "I am aware that the driver on the lunch time shift has failed to do at least the last two pick-*** and I have informed my supervisor".Thus, given that this failure to deliver service was the apparent result of a Peachy parking employee failing to perform the service offered, I have request compensation for the inconvenience caused.As noted above, I contacted Peachy parking on 01/01/2023 to make this request. However have received no response.

    I apologize the a response to this customer was overlooked.  Whether or not the statement provided to the customer that the other driver failed to perform the prior two pickups was correct or not is not something that i can confirm at this time, and the supervisor on duty was directed to investigate and respond to the customer at that time, as I was out of town, which i now see did not occur.

    On May 31, 2022, I booked an outdoor parking reservation for an extended period of time. I attempted to take advantage of their early bird special and made the reservation from 6a on 7/19/22 until 8p on 8/9/22. Our flight was somewhat delayed in arriving/deplaning in ******* and then we needed to wait for shuttle pick up. It was approximately 130a on the morning of 8/10/22 when we finally left the parking area and I was charged a full day's parking, at the daily rate of $14 for overstaying my 21 day reservation by approximately 5 hours.

    While I accept the hoped-for refund, I have talked to 3 different persons with Peachy while trying to resolve this issue on my own.  The first lady forwarded me to a manager, who was cordial, but unable to help me.  He gave me another manager's phone number and suggested I call her.  After trying her a couple of times, I resorted to texting her and telling her that if I didn't hear from her, I'd pursue other avenues (contacting BBB).  She called me, but was rude and basically told me to pound sand, that she wasn't going to give me a refund.  I explained everything to her, twice, as I did to you/BBB and she was adamant the charge was proper and correct.  There is no doubt in my mind that this resolution would not have been possible without your assistance.
