    I made a mistake on the internet and ordered 3 packages instead of one. They corrected it for me right away and returned the overpayment.

    I recently had issues when my debit card was compromised. I was able to get a new one, but had to change my card information for Nature M.D., as I was on an automatic payment/disbursement plan. That didn't go so well. My new card was charged twice, however, 2 shipments were sent, so I wasn't robbed of that. I'm on a tight budget, so this impacted me. I emailed the company and asked them to temporarily stop my shipments. Unfortunately, they did not respond, but sent me an email telling me they were shipping another 3 jars of product and that my account had been charged. My email to them was clear that I had plenty of product through December of 2023, but apparently, they didn't pay any heed to the email. At this point, I called and had my subscription cancelled entirely. The operator I spoke with was helpful and professional. Up to this point, I was happy with the product and had no issues at all for the previous 3 years.

    I am not surprised that Nature MD has a F rating, Im experiencing a deceitful action on their part. An early July email informed me my 3 jar order had been filled and my credit card charged. I immediately responded to the email that I had NOT ordered any products. After useless chats online and a long involved search, I finally located their phone number. In talking to a representative I was told that because I made a 3 jar order in April THEY signed me up for automatic refill. I specifically made sure that I did not sign up for that service, a practice I religiously follow. Even after requesting the cancellation of the order I did not place, I received the product anyway. Again, I emailed that I wanted to return the product at Nature MDs expense and receive a credit on my ***** In their response I was told I could return the product by printing specific labels, paying the shipping fees AND pay them a processing fee.all for a transaction I NEVER initiated. After this underhanded experience I dont trust their return process, I see it as an opportunity for them to continue their fraudulent behavior, leaving me with an unwanted product and **** charge. I have notified my credit card company and the 8 customers I recommended of Nature MDs worst practices.

    I had an experience with Naturemd ******** ********* that was similar to ************ (review of 7/25/22) after having been a loyal customer for over 3 years. I recently was notified by my credit card company that I was being billed twice on the same day by Naturemd for $129.30 and asking if that is correct. I told them no and filed a complaint. They deleted one charge and I received the ordered product. Yesterday when I tried several times to place another order on their website, I repeatedly got an error message so I called them and spoke with both a representative, and then a manager. I was told by both people that due to some unspecified fraud on my account, I could never make a purchase from them again. They had no record of a double charge. The manager said they could not override this fraud flag. I had no recourse!! I have found their products (GutConnect 365 and Synbiotic 365) very helpful so was quite upset about their attitude and response. I will be looking for a replacement product and will tell everyone I know about how terribly they treat customers!!

    Similar experience as others..order was cancelled due to "account being flagged" and was told flag cannot be removed. I think others have had issues not receiving their refund so I will check to make sure I am refunded. Site seems like a SCAM

    I have been a longtime user of your Synbiotic 365 and when trying to re-order I could not. After many attempts, I received this email from customer service explaining I am no longer eligible to purchase your products. Here is their response accusing me of fraud, etc."********************************* (NatureMD )Jul 25, 2022, 10:55 AM EDT Hello *****,Thank you for reaching out to our Nature MD and United Naturals team.We are actually closed on Saturdays and Sundays. In turn, we are staffed Mondays thru Fridays, from 9am to 5pm EST.From review of your information, your past order attempts were flagged by our fraud prevention team and no future orders can be placed. This can be for many reasons, including but not limited to:-fraudulent activity detected -bank dispute filed -unauthorized reselling of our products Once this flag has been placed on your record, it can not be removed. Unfortunately, you are no longer eligible to make any additional purchases.Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with!Best,Giuseppe"Here was my response:"Wow, what a customer friendly response from a customer service department. I am a longtime customer who you now accuse of fraud, unauthorized reselling or bank dispute and tell me I can no longer do business with you. I have done none of those things and am appalled you would accuse me of this. Rest assured, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and any other consumer complaint site I can find."Unbelievable!*************************
