      I lived at this apartment complex for a year. On February 22, 2025 I was in an accident and had to park my car in front of my building. I called and talked to ****** on February ******* she said to email ***** and let her know what was going on so that my car wont be towed and they agreed to give me a couple of weeks. I have proof! Two weeks passed and my car was towed. I called the tow company and they said someone at the apartment complex had my car towed. I called the office and spoke to ***** on March 11. 2025 and she told me it was towed because my son and the security officer got into in altercation. They were also ending my lease because of the altercation. ***** informed me that she was contacting the higher *** to see if they were giving me 7 days or ************************************************************************* Well March 28 I moved out and turned in my keys March 29. ****** was there by herself and again I asked for someone to reach out to me and no one did. I called back on March 30 and still no response. Im not understanding why am I being charged an early move out fee when she told me they were ending my lease. So they wanted to end my lease with no exact date but when I end it now Im being charged almost $5000. Absolutely no response from anyone at the office or Coporate.

      I recently applied and was denied to become a resident at Wellington Point apartment homes on December 31st, 2024 in *******. I was told that my fees would be returned to me in ***** days via check, which I couldnt understand why the wait was so long or why the payment couldnt be processed back to the card it came from. But I said ok, and provided an address to where I was staying at the time. I then reached out on January 6th, 2025 to (*** *******) with a corrected address prior to the check being mailed to me from your company.Since then Ive been reaching out via phone and email, BUT unfortunately for me the communication has been horrible and unprofessional. As of yesterday after multiple unanswered emails I received a email saying that the check was mailed off on January 13th, TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! and as off tomorrow it will be the 45 days time period that was supposed to be the max of me waiting on a check to be mailed to me with my money.I dont know whats going on but I need my money and appears to me that something else might be going on at this establishment. But Im tired of the lack of communication, the lack of professional of not correcting my address on this businesss end, that I provided. Resulting in the check being mailed to the wrong address, if it was even mailed at all. Im not giving away free money, or letting a company steal from me, or stall me out. this process has added more stress to my current situation, as I addressed via email multiple times that I NEED MY MONEY

      For the past 10/12months ive been going back and foward with the apt dealing w/MOLD. When problem 1st occured (they sent contractors to come in and spray CHEMICALS) the mold then came back (reached out again again and again ) (as of yoday im still calling and calling) after calling RPM Management they sent maintenance to come see about breaking down walls (NEVER CAME AS OF JUNE 24,2024 still LIVING WITH MOLD) I have teenager kids thats been back and forth to hospital for constant unknown Breathing issues. I have water leaks from Ac unit they been fixing for over a year. THEY REFUSE TO MOVE ME OUT THE APT AS IVE BEGGED AND BEGGED. I AM IN A HOME WITH EXTREME HEAT AND WATER LEAKS. THEY ARE CONSTANTLY SENDING PEOPLE TO PAINT OVER WALLS WITH WATER DAMAGE AND SPRAY CHEMICALS IN THE HOME. I AM SEEKING HELP TO BE LEGALLY LET OUT OF MY LEASE OR MOVED TO ANOTHER HEALTHY UNIT BECAUSE THIS IS A FORM OF NEGLIGENCE AND IVE TAKEN ACTION TO FURTHER HELP MYSELF WITH LEGAL MANNERS. I HAVE LISTED PICS BELOW AS WELL AS EVIDENCE OF ALL CLAIMS. I HAVE CONTACTED HEALTH AND CODE **** AS WELL AS HOUSING TO REPORT MY LIVING. They are constantly painting and spreading over water damage and other chemicals. I also have hospitals papers for children going to hospital over breathing issues. MOLD CAN BE A SILENT KILLER.
