The business has been unresponsive and not completed the services and project paid for. The last I heard from them was on 9/19. I was waiting on next steps. I was unsatisfied with the designs and process and never made any headway with the team. I am requesting a full refund for services unused. Ignition phase was paid for on 5/1/2024 in the amount of $495

During this time my gmail account they had access to was hacked.

    Business Response

This dispute arises from a disagreement regarding the overall scope of the build. Our team created a document that clearly outlined the project scope, which the client approved. However, upon delivery, the client not only disagreed with the scope but also claimed she did not recall approving it.

It is important to note that this disagreement surfaced only after we conducted a full presentation of the product to the client. The presentation was well-received, and the client subsequently signed our final "Release Agreement," which explicitly states:

"By approving this Confirmation, you agree that the Application has been developed to your Specifications and that you desire to take delivery and possession of the Application from the Developer."

Our company firmly stands behind the quality and accuracy of our work and views this complaint as defamatory. We have engaged legal counsel to address the matter and pursue removal of the complaint due to several false claims it contains.
