      I hired this company to draw a house plan, I was working with the owners name is ************************* From the very stat communication was a problem they leave return phone call or emails, text.After receiving a partial payment $ ******* before they started the job. I was told that we would be completed with in a Cretan time frame, But I understand that we had to go back and forth with the requirements for the plans so it took longer than I was told.But the plans was completed in 10/17/2022 I was then sent an invoice to pay the balance of $4,668.75 through PayPal I did.I was told if they are any revision that is needed that we can reach him by email they will work with until the house is built. I have submitted the plans to the ARCHITECTURAL Board of the of the subdivision the pointed out a lot of facts with the plan and refuse it. they mad a lot of errors on the plan that a person that is not an architect should have know. first of all the front door was not centered, We counted him to fix the problem at the middle of April to inform him of the errors.He told me that he was going on vacation and Would not be available for two week and to give him until the end of the month to get back and stat on the plans. we discuss what was needed to fix the problem. I the email him the fixes He told me to vine until the end of the week of May 4th 2023 I did, I haven't herd from him since! He basically took my founds gave me a flawed plan that I am not able to use. Or modify because he didn't give me the rights to own the plans. He did not release the agreement of ownership transfer of the plans so that I would be able to take the plans to another company to modify.
