    Hands down the worst company to do business with. I spent ONE ENTIRE MONTH with non functioning headlights on my vehicle while waiting for someone to respond to me about getting a warranty replacement. Each phone call was over an hour of hold time and less than 10 min of talk time. Over 20 emails with 4 different people(or different names at least) and when I finally received my replacement (which required an $750 deposit plus additional shipping) I had to lodge a complaint with PayPal to get the entire amount refunded, even though my account was notated. I emailed and called and NOTHING was done until I filed a complaint with PayPal. There is only one person that works there that seems to care and seems to try, and she deserves a gold f****** star. The rest of them are absolute trash and this company doesnt deserve anyones business. The parent company is also garbage.

    I ordered a LED third brake light in November 2022 and understood that it was on backorder for "4-6 weeks" when I ordered it. The Retrofit Source charged me full price for the light immediately and I waited.... and waited.... and waited. Finally after about two and a half months, I emailed them about my order. They finally returned my email almost a week later and said now it won't be ready until mid March. Three and a half months after I ordered it and still nothing. I tried calling and sat on hold for over an hour before I had to hang up. Essentially I bought and paid for a part that they never had... and had no idea when they were going to get them. Very bad business practices.
