Bought a new 2015 Porsche Cayman S from Porsche dealer, same dealer serviced the car under the entire four year warranty. Motor started self- destructing at end of warranty (actually started under final in-warranty oil service, performed in last month of warranty). $35,000 to $45,000 to repair motor (large volume of metal found in drained oil). Has under ****** miles. *** inoperable. Dealer and PNA offered no investigative help, no offer to repair. Caution to anyone wishing to buy a Porsche. Mine had a short life.

PCNA is a racist company and blatantly discriminated against me when I went to purchase a Taycan. I called to complain about the service I received at my local dealership and Porsche cars North America put me on a broker list and instructed the dealer to cancel the transaction and not sell the car to me once they saw my ID. I reached out to them and provided evidence that I was purchasing for personal use yet ignored me and said my name looked foreign. Such a shame that a company can be this blatant with their discrimination. How things have changed for what used to be a good company. Never again will I purchase Porsche, I will stick with *** and *********

I bought a 2023 Porsche Macan S on 10/10/22. Entering the vehicle is like being back in MS *** technology with the Porsche PCM a poor excuse for an interface.I have spent hours with **** and the Bethesda dealer (multiple trips), trying to get the pathetic PCM to work. Initially, every time I entered the vehicle, it did not recognize me. Then when it did get stable, the Bluetooth did not work. I now must hardwire my iPhone. The radio comes on no matter what; Porsche removed the comfort access to I must set the door buttons. This is solely a software matter the **** can fix; the vehicle has no serious safety features; no cross-traffic backup alerts; lousy surround view that on cannot lock on a set view....This is the most overpriced vehicle out there; drives great but not for $83,390+ dealer+tax+tags!Porsche advertises two 12V outlets, but nowhere does it identify the one in the front. I asked **** over a week ago as to where the outlet is, no reply! Porsche has reduced it's owner's manual to a minimum hardcopy and forces one to go online to look for 12V front outlet: it is not there (manual or online)! Porsche could produce an entire manual; it is not like the Macan S's 13 miles/gallon/hi-test would reduce to more than ******* mpg city with a complete book.I was lucky, I got my Bose amp quickly unlike the hundreds of others nationwide. The **** support has not been what I expect for such a car company or vehicle. The Macan drives great but the technology is prehistoric and does not often work. I can't even listen to my music without a setup project. I can't wait to get my 2023 M440i convertable on order and get rid of this garbage.

I purchased a pre-owned Panamera with 71K miles. ***** 105 days the transmission failed. I sent a message to PCNA advising how disappointed I was that the transmission failed on a car. I received a call from PCNA advising they need to have a diagnisis done and then they'll be able to see what they can do... getting straight to the point; after 10 days, I recieved a text message stating it appears I need a new transmission and the repair is $18K. They did not provide a diagnosis or explaination. I contacted PCNA in regards to this and was advised they'd ask the dealership for the paperwork. The next day the dealership called me in which I did not answer because I wanted the paperwork before speaking to them. I received a email from PCNA in which the dealership lied and stated I hung up on them. I sent PCNA a screenshot showing the call did not take place in which they did not acknowledge. I let them know I needed to get the car because I can't afford the $19K at this moment and they stated I needed to take care of the diagnosis fee before I can have the car picked up. Although PCNA stated they needed to have the diagnosis complete, I still had to pay for it.
