On october 13, 2024 I purchased a car from a salesman from this business for $4500 cash. Originally I was told the car had a clean title and was owned by the dealership and it would take 1-2 weeks to get the title shipped to me in my name. I waited three weeks before reaching out to let them know I hadnt received it. As soon as my temp tag ran out he sent me another temp tag so I could continue to drive it while waiting on the title. I waited and waited for the title and still didnt get it now it has been six months since I bought the car and still no title. I have driven to their place of operation multiple occasions to no avail which is kind of a burden as I live over and hour and a half away. I have been nothing but compliant and still no title. To this day I have received four temp tags and only one of them was for my car and not expired which I didnt find out until I scanned the ** code on it as they have my cars vin number so I thought nothing of it. After realizing I had been driving around on fake temp tags I parked the car in my driveway and havent driven it since now I am stuck with a car I cant drive and out the 4500 I paid for the car plus the upgrades I have done to it. Attached is the most recent temp tag I received as you can see it has my vin number on it but if you scan the ** code it is for a completely different vehicle and expired.Initial Complaint

- purchased a vehicle (Jan 30,2024) through one of the owners of Dresden ********************* which I will be reporting as well. - filing a complaint for improper vehicle repair through given 30 day warranty - car started to leak oil overnight on first night, because it was within warranty I contacted him for a fix. He was able to replace the oil pan but did not replace the oil, did not replace oil filter and had many items like drain plug loose when he gave the car back. Pickup was not easy, car was not ready on time and I had to work very hard to get him to answer so I can pick it up. Dresden auto repair never answers the phone or never returns phone calls. - almost contacted law enforcement so I could pick up my car. - also filing a complaint for stealing my registration. - owner offered to register my vehicle and get my tags set up through him and his shop. Vehicle already came with temp tag until Feb 29th. I agreed to this & paid him $300. He renews my temp tag until March 14th 2024 however, it has been almost 2 months and I have not received my ******************* - he is hard to get in contact with & does not give accurate verifications on process. I called my countys tag office and they said I was not in the system. I contacted him in hopes of getting him to do the right thing and to ask why Im not in the system when he said I was. He said he resubmitted but was not willing to give proof. I asked for a refund of $300 so that I may take care of it myself and he will not issue refund. Now my temp tag has expired and he refuses to do the required T226 form to extend my temp tag. Please help This business should not be open. No professionalismBusiness Response

***** paperwork is done and her tag will arrive soon I changed ***** oil pan she had the oil change at a 5 mins repair place where they didnt tighten up her oil filter. I cant apply or approve her for an extension on a temp tag she must ask her tag office for one, she tried to pick up her car and got mad that my tech was test driving the car, she doesnt have 30 day warranty cars are sold as is. Her tag is on the way I cant make the state or county move any faster I attached all the documents showing proof she must be patient my job with her is doneCustomer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:Will be attaching photo proof of conversation had with dealer that shows and talks about 30 day warranty that is sold with car at initial meeting.
there is also proof of how hard I had to try to get in contact with him including to pick up my car this will also cover proof that I was not angry with test driving but only concerned because the auto shop and dealer were not answering calls and texts as you will see in photo attachments & vehicle was not at the said repair shop when I arrived to pick up car which will cause concern for anyone who has had the time Ive had picking up my car which was already 2 days past original pick up date(Photo attachment of this as well)I will also provide T226 document that shows dealers signature is REQUIRED.
- If the dealer does not know that he must fill that form out and not his customers then that is a big sign that he does not know what he needs to know to be able to run this business. You can call any tag office and they will tell you that this is required by the dealer.will be showing attachments regarding my several attempts at trying to get this dealer to check on my registration & tag but he refused to answer my updates resulting in him seeing that he made a mistake when submitting my papers. Resulting in me still not having my registration.
Todays date is 3-21-24 and I still do not have my registration and tag info from this dealer. Car was purchased 1-30-24Dealers response is an indicator of his inability to run his business as a professional and also shows his lack of knowledge to run this business. This business should be under investigation to prevent this happening to other people.
This dealer ***************************** also has me blocked on the Marketplace where I inquired about vehicle so that I would not & could not leave an honest review.
Sincerely,

***************************** of Dresden auto sales and repair promised to fix the squeeling noise in my 2011 *** suv and change the oil, but he never did. I paid ******* down on this car, and he has not honored anything he said. I had it towed to ************ and there were quite a few things wrong with it which included a water pump because it started leaking coolant fluid. I told ******** about it numerous times and he ask me to give him more money to get it fix and I told him no because he lied about checking it out and seeing what the problem was, at the time of the sale, because they fix cars there at Dresden also. He knew this suv needed a water pump before he sold it to me. The noise that it was making was off and on, and that was the problem. I also had to get the oil changed, which he promised to do as well, and found out the oil s**** was stripped and I need a new one, which was another ****** charge. So for a resolution, I want at least half of my down payment back on what I spent on this car, because there are other things that still need to be fix that I can't afford at this time.Business Response

This is simply not true, customers got a lawyer involved after speaking with the law firm and showing documents the law firm drop the case, I help her as much as I could even after she got a great *** truck for ***** under price because my friends at land**** wanted to help her get into a x5 I made a few calls and got the car from a dealer ***** of mine we check *********** the car, then her water pump get a crack in it which she stays on a dirt rock road offer to fix it she buy the part and we do labor she didnt want to pay after I have the car towed for free, test drove the car to find the leak it was very hard to locate, but found it and she refused to leave the money with the clerk. And took her 3 weeks to get the car towed even though you can drive the car just fine. She goes to *** they up **** things she dont need, car passed emissions and didnt have a check engine light. This matter is very old and I dont know what she wants or trying to do anyway car so as I was going the extra mile for this very rude lady she has a lienholderCustomer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: ******** knew the *** had a water pump problem when he sold it to me because of the noise, and he fail to disclose it to me, which makes him a shady and scrupulous dealer and I feel he needs to pay for this repair that he said he would, but instead let my car set for three weeks and was asking for more money. ******** at Dresden Auto repair and *********************** at ******** financial is doing shady scrupulous undisclosed work with clients, I have also file a complaints on ***** as well. If they did me like this, they are doing other clients as well. I am not going to set back and let them take advantage of my hard earn money. Business like that do not need to be in business, because they harm people that trust in them. They need to fined by the ****************, if that is an option. I will never trust or refer them to any of my people.
Sincerely,
