      Because of Bodyworks Collision Center, not submitting paperwork in a timely matter, and following up with the insurance company, I had to pay an additional $1160.48 for a rental Car In addition to the$2,993.18 paid by my insurance company which covered 30 days of car rental. Body Works gave an estimate of 20 hours needed to repair my vehicle. My vehicle was in the shop from January 29 until March 9, 2024, because of the lackadaisical communication with the insurance company and not sending supplemental paperwork to the correct portal instead of sending it to the adjuster and myself my vehicle was delayed in being repaired therefore body Works collision center should reimburse me for out-of-pocket monies. I had to spend on a rental car. I depended on Body Works collision center to work on my behalf with the insurance company. I am the customer, I have no idea how the relationship between the insurance company and the body shop works. I was originally told that they would be responsible for two days of the rental because of their delays. Unfortunately, when it came time to take care of the two day rental, they reneged after speaking with Allstate, they stand in agreement with me that body Works collision center should be responsible for the rental amount I incurred.

      We have no record of this customer and contacted them to get additional information.  They live in ********** and stated that this complaint was for a shop they were dealing with in ********** and not our company in Georgia.  The did not know why the complaint ended up on our BBB profile, but stated that they would request to remove this complaint as it is not a valid complaint for our company.
