    On 5/13/2021 I spoke to a gentleman named *** ( whom I think is the shop ******* at Lamar Walden Automotive ) about dis-assembling my engine and inspecting it for a rebuild when they receive it. They received my engine on 7/1/2021 and on 1/25/2022 I received two emails from Rob Walden containing seven pictures of my engine and a phone call from Rob explaining what the nature of my engine was. On 5/18/2022 I spoke with *** again and he explained what needed to be done to my engine, that it was to be assembled, dynoed and I should receive the engine by the end of June. Here it is the latter part of August,2022 and I have yet to hear of any progress being made towards my engine. Through out the time when I first spoke with *** and ***, I have not been able to make contact either by phone or ***'s voice mail box ( which is full ) along with the general voice mail box ( also full ) by way of the recording it states.Are you able to shed any light towards this lack of communication that I am experiencing with this company? I thank you for your cooperation and hope to hear back from the BBB regarding this matter. Yours truly, ***********************

    I talked to **** today and he is happy now. He was calling before we opened on some days and other days we were probably on the other line. We were closed for some family ***** issues for a week or so. We have also experienced the covid supply chain issues crippling our industry. We are finishing his engine now and will be shipping it out in the next few weeks. I'm not sure what else needs to be done to handle this issue. We have been in business for almost 55 years and as far as I know this would be the first time ever we have been contacted with any matter from the BBB. If there is any thing else I need to do please contact me.
