  Poor color match but I can't keep taking my car back to these guys to correct, will find another place to match the color, my rim are silver and the color they useed is light grey matte.......not even close once I got home and reviewed next morning in some decent lighting

  Your wheel color is standard Audi silver. Newly refinished wheels will be different than older ones. All four wheels have to be done at the same time to have the same match.

  Man, where do I even start!! I had a bad feeling when I first entered the shop. When I talked to the owner, ******, his demeanor was not pleasant at all.I dropped my vehicle off on 10/20 to have a crack in my rim repaired. He quoted me ****** and told me that it would be ready after 4:00 PM. When I got to the shop after 4, I requested to see wheel and tire before I paid for anything. Right off the bat, he became defensive and told me that it was standard process to let customers see the work before they paid for it, which is ludicrous. I know I wouldn't have been able to see the crack repair, since it was on the inside, but I wanted to make sure that my wheel had not been damaged. Upon inspecting my wheel, I found a ton of scratches on my wheel and I pointed it out to him. He again, became defensive and volatile. I asked him who was the technician that worked on my wheel and wasn't able to get a straight answer. So when I went to the office, I expressed to ****** how my wheel was damaged and the first thing out of his mouth was, "you aren't getting a discount". I was immediately caught off guard because 1) I didn't ask for a discount-I just wanted to point out my scratches and try to possibly get it corrected and 2) he seemed like he was already waiting to give me that response. He just had a nasty disposition and attitude and was talking to me as if my complaint was invalid. I also told him that I have before and after pictures of my wheel too. I told him not to speak to me the way he was speaking and that I was going to file a complaint with BBB and he immediately starting cursing at me. Told me not to tell him what to do in his own shop, etc., etc. I told him that I would just call the police since he was lashing out and he told me to get the **** out and wait until the police showed up to get my car.I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. His customer service is well below satisfactory.
