    Our year of the Braves has been taken away! Please get them to settle with Bally Sports so we can watch our Braves. Some people cant afford these big packages. ******* is not doing us right

    I appreciate you taking the time to send me a note about the ongoing situation between ******* and Diamond *************  

    The Atlanta Braves are actively monitoring the ongoing carriage dispute and remain hopeful that this will be resolved sometime soon.  As you may be aware, this situation is also impacting several other Major League Baseball teams; therefore, the league office is also involved.  As a result of the current impasse, ******* customers are unable to watch our games; however, there continue to be other carriers of Ballys SportSouth and Ballys Sports Southeast that are not impacted.  Those carriers and any updates we have are posted on braves.com/tvupdate. 

    I share your frustration with this situation and apologize for the inconvenience. I assure you we are doing everything in our power to find a solution so ******* customers can get back to watching *********************************************.

    My family had tickets to the game on Saturday May 18th and it was postponed to Monday May 20th at 6:20. We live and work 6 hours away and could not attend on Monday. This was a primetime game scheduled for Saturday night and made up on a monday so I was not even able to give these tickets away. I am unsure why this was not rescheduled for a sunday double header vs a Monday double header. More people may have been able to make a sunday work. We drove 6 hours and sat at the park for 4 hours for the game to be delayed before it was even raining. The braves have not tried to help us with tickets at all becasue they were bought through seatgeek ( who they are partnered with and who they recommend you to if seats aren't avaible or to sell through. I am devasted at the money my family spent on these tickets and at the stadium to not even see 1 single pitch. I am saddened at the lack of fan support the Braves have shown the 1000's of people that just lost out on this game and its terrible rescheduling.

    The rainout policy for the Atlanta Braves can be found at braves.com/rainout (**************************************************************************************)

    Within this policy is specific language for guests who purchased tickets via a 3rd party website (ie: SeatGeek) and not directly through the Atlanta Braves. Therefore, this inquiry should be directed to SeatGeek rather than the Atlanta Braves as these tickets were not purchased through the Braves.  Here is the SeatGeek (and other 3rd party websites) language from within our rainout policy:

    "All guests who purchased their tickets through SeatGeek or any other 3rd party website will be able to enter the rescheduled game with the same barcode and seat location from the postponed game. Any ticket inquiries regarding 3rd party purchases must be made directly with the 3rd party website that the guest purchased from, and not through the Atlanta Braves."

    My family attends the Braves games all the time . I was at a game a few weeks ago and was told my clear bag had to be tossed. I did it reluctantly. Bought an Atlanta Braves clear bag and came tonight to a game and again was told to toss. Explained i bought through Braves and was told I dont have time to deal with you I was shocked to be treated this way and to make things worse after I was made to toss a bag I just purchased, once I walked in many ladies had the bag I was made to toss. I have never been so disappointed or treated so rudely.

    Our response to complaint is that our bag policy is posted and consistent;however, implementation sometimes allows for discretion (A-list members/medical bags/etc.). Outside of those individuals a guest should not expect to be granted access with a non-compliant bag. 

     

    Bag Policy
    Bags are not allowed to enter Truist Park for the 2024 season. Exceptions may be made for:
    Medical bags no larger than what is required to transport necessary medical equipment
    Breast pumps for nursing mothers and other bags required for guests with ADA *************** bags for guests accompanied by infant(s) and/or toddler(s)
    Small, single compartment clutches no larger than 5 x 9 inches
    Small, single compartment clear bags no larger than 5 x 9 inches
    Please find our Outside Food & Drink Policy here. A mobile locker bag storage (first come, first served) is available for guests who arrive with oversized bags. This is located on *********** behind Live at The Battery Atlanta. This unit opens two hours prior to first pitch through one hour after last out for a cost of $11 per bag. Special events such as concerts will be a $15 dollar charge per bag.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I have followed the terms of the Green ***** Program as previously stated.  A List Members should know exactly what the resale terms are before we purchase the season tickets.  Exceeding the 70% resale rule came into play almost half way through the 2023 season . Besides that calculate I was at 64% resale following their rules as transferring to friends and family as an acceptable option.

    It's well known throughout the A-********************* the Braves are trying to find ways to take back as many season tickets as they can now they are a *********************** and have the All Star game returning. They want their own resale ticket business to generate even more profit and that's really what this is all about.

    It's corporate greed at it's finest.

    tickets by season end which I did thru usage and transfering the tickets to friends and family which was allowable. No compensation was received for the tickets, I did not sell them. I had already committed to the **** season have paid $9,609 to date but was notified 11/3/23 I did not meet the requirement and my A-List Membership has been forfeited. That simply is not fare and is incredibly poor business policy.To resolve this matter I am asking for reinstatement of my A-List Membership status for the **** season.I

    **************** has been in agreement with our Green ***** Renewal Program Terms of Use on his full season tickets since 2019. These terms of use can be found on our website and all Season Ticket renewal communications.**************** was warned in June of 2023 that his resell percentage was over 70%for the 2023 season, with more than enough time to change his behavior. This email provided alternative ways to use his tickets besides reselling them, including the following: attending games himself, exchanging them for other games that he could use, forwarding to friends/family, or donating them to various philanthropic causes. He responded to this email stating that he received this notice. Over a two-year period, **************** has sold over 87% of his tickets,approximately 141 games out of a total 162 games over this period. Due to his lack of use of his season tickets and violation of our resale policy, we have revoked his ticket privileges.

    As a paying party of 8; we went thru the gates to check in and my husband whom was the only one allowed in the gate with our newborn child was told to lay him on the nasty ground to be handheld scanned due to his belt. My husband whom is a police officer said sure, thought it was absolutely ridiculous to put my son on the ground its not like he was able to stand! Then they go through our diaper bag and they forced us to trash formula, sunscreen, and opened baby wipes.We were told we would need to leave with formula. Its not like the facility sales formula bottles etc! As a family we were discriminated against as we noticed other newborns, diaper bags and sunscreen being allowed in the park.This ruined our trip as we could not stay due to not being allowed to feed my newborn son.

    What a insincere response!

    Bag policy states that bags must be smaller then 5x9, yet, Outside food policy states a clear bag can be up to one gallon.

    We will just quit coming to the games.

    motion give aways. We've been bringing them to every game since then. We even brought them into the park on opening day, this year. No one said a word.Why did your staff keep asking us if we were "A-list" members when they saw our souvenir bags?Are "A-List members exempt from standard 2023 security policies?It was so depressing to throw them away not to mention a little embarrassing.I would like to know who was right in this situation. We check your policies every season for changes.If we were not in the wrong, can these be replaced? If not all 3 at least one for my daughter or some kind of replacement just for her Your 2023 policies shown below Outside ************ Fans will be able to bring food inside of *********** as long as it fits inside a...clear, gallon-sized plastic bag...and may also bring a...sealed plastic bottle of water... . Prohibited Items ...bags, backpacks, clutches exceeding 5X9;...What's the difference between a clear, gallon bag and what we had?
