      I was a season ticket member and requested a new account manager because my current account manager was not giving me the proper information on my account as far as when individual tickets would go on sale, how to purchase tickets at the season ticket holder discount so I was overpaying on multiple occasions on tickets, as well as giving misinfomation in regards to resaling my tickets. Instead of getting me a new account manager the rep closed my account without notice although I signed a contract and have been paying all of my payments on time. I contacted the hawks via email multiple times and got no response and the reps on the phone refuse to pass the call on to a manager. Instead of passing my complaint along to a manager the reps on the phone instead just would pass the information to the account manager who closed my account so that she doesn't get in trouble. I renewed my lease to live in Atlanta for another year becuase of my season ticket package, now I have no tikets and am stuck in Atlanta until my lease is over in May.
