Two years ago, I purchased a battery for my car from this location. When I purchased it, I purchased a four year warranty..On Friday, July 26, I went to start my car and it wouldnt start.. On Saturday, July 27 my father jumped my car and I drove it to the local store. When I got to the store, they said it was because the contacts wont secure properly they adjusted them however when I drove off, the battery light was still on, so I went back to the store and they told me I needed to wait for the alternator to charge it. Monday, July 30 I went to get in the car and it wouldnt start so I had the car jumped again drove it to the store. He put the battery tester on. He says the battery was fine. The starter was fine and the alternator was fine. I went to AutoZone and purchased a battery starter because I was not confident in my experience with the store. On Tuesday, July 31 I went to get into the car at a ********* and the car wouldnt start. I used the battery starter that I had purchased from AutoZone And ended up having to drop at a deal and take a lift to my destination and 90 weather with a 78 year-old and two children. When I called the local store to find out what to do the ****** stated that the manager was not there. He couldnt tell me when she was gonna call me back, but he would take all the details. I explained to him that the dealership was telling me that the battery was bad and that the cost of the battery replacement was going to be $426 , he advise me on what to do. So I was not stranded away from home. I had the battery replaced at the dealership in order to ***** safety for myself or my family. On Wednesday I went to the store with the receipts to find out how I was going to be reimbursed for the purchases and inconvenience of their diagnosis and I was informed that they could do a warranty swap I shouldve been able to pick me up. I didnt processes and I called the store and left a message for the manager that she never got back to me.

I'm so sorry for the  misunderstanding and  inconvenience ,we never got to testing your battery as you were standing next to my trusted advisor and I . As we popped the hood of your car ,I then connect the battery testers negative clamp to the negative battery post , then tried to connect  the positive battery tester  clamp and the positive battery post when the positive cable lifted off your batter causing it to spark which then i placed positive cable to the side and disconnected the negative cable to reconnect the positive cable. which is when i ask the customer  to start the car to test if that was the problem not starting  .(the positive cable was not connected secularly on the battery post ) causing  your alternator not to recharge your battery .The car started and then  i told you to drive around a little to juice your battery up and if you had any problems to come back for testing/ warranty swap. Unfortunately the next day a series of events happened causing you to buy a new battery. I explained to you that our warranty does not work with  purchasing  a battery 2 years ago and buying a new battery from  somewhere else because you were  not able to get too any batteries plus store for a warranty swap on your battery. We are more  then happy to swap your batter for a new  battery  whenever you would like also including a free premium battery installment   but i cant give you a refund. I'm not sure about the return policy from where you got your battery  but I can recommend you ask the dealership for a refund since you just bought the battery.  So sorry again for the inconvenience. confusion, and misunderstanding .

I am rejecting this response because:
I returned to your store and the Gentleman who tested my battery said that the battery, alternator and starter were testing fine. And hed let the manager know that I came by again. Secondly, o called the store before having the batter replace while stranded and was told that the manager was away from the store, not alternate recommendation was given in regard to your company providing transportation to come get me, youths manager nor the store provided any response or resolution on what I should do.

    Disappointed,
