    This school was extremely subpar and the owner incredibly unprofessional. The owner is retaliating against my daughter due to her numerous personal issues. My daughter chose to drop the program and per her student contract was supposed to receive her transcript and record of hours in 30 days. The owner, **********************************, has consistently delayed in logging student hours, and since my daughter withdrew from this school on August 8, 2022 she has refused to provide the transcript so my daughter can move on to another school. This is after she repeatedly harassed my daughter, consistently displayed religious discrimination imposing her religion on to students in a public education space due to the fact that she is a ********* religious zealot and has had NUMEROUS complaints from former students and instructors as a result of her nonsensical, irrational, threatening behavior. Our family attorney has reached out with request for transcript now for three months with no response. Furthermore, we have reason to believe she has been and continues to be dishonest in her report of student hours because she tracks it through a ****** drive document and inputs whatever she decides, with no real format of keeping the records honest and unbiased. What we are requesting as a resolution is the immediate remittance of the school transcript and hours.

    I enrolled to CEI hair schools (dba as ******* academy) esthetician program during their Easter special for $750, just to find out I wouldn't be able to attend on campus for the second portion of the class. I requested a cancellation of enrollment mid May of 2022. I communicated with the director directly as she called me to make sure I understood that registration fees would still be taken out , as they set up my account already. I agreed to this settlement. This was in July. Here we are in October and I still have not received a refund of any sort or any communication. Ive called and emailed this institution on multiple occasions with not so much as an apology for the inconvenience. I dont think they ever planned to refund a dime and thats why they worked so hard to convince me to stay. I graduated from ************************ with a business degree and learned about business practices and what you should not do when working with customers. There are numerous complaints about this company through instagram, **************** and yelp. They have been stealing from their students for years, under the guise that they would receive reasonable education and training.

    The school has taken money from students and after doesnt follow up with communication Doesnt have enough staff to accommodate students Students all Over the place Classes are not right or held to a standard curriculum for students to thrive !! It is a scam
