    I've donated 4 times starting 12/18/23 and have not been able to access a ***** of the money that I am supposed to receive after each donation. 100 for 1st, 100 for 2nd, 90 for 3rd, 90 for the 4th. It is clear that the money is on the app. They provided me a pay card in which there is zero dollars on. There is another card on file that I have no connection to and they have no knowledge of with my money sitting there. I've contacted by phone twice to once be told to call the bank as if they have any control over switching money from one card to another (which I actually still called by the way) then when I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor, I was basically told the same thing. When I wouldn't accept that as an answer, I was told that I needed to come back in person to resolve the issue. Please keep in mind this is over the *************** Year holiday where I am in a whole different state visiting family! A massive inconvenience to not be able to touch money that I know I have earned. I returned in person on 1/02/2024 to donate once again! Needless to say, system was still not working, no one corrected the issue. I was told I would get express passes for that day and the next visit. Of course, that didn't happen. I spent over three hours in the plasma center as a returned donor, not a new donor. I donated successfully & their goes more money added to this card that I am not able to touch. They also removed the commdata card they provided to me. So was stuck with no access to anything. Just looking at the app. The staff said they would keep trying and I wasn't the only person having the problem but it is out of their hands. Nothing they could do, it depends on someone else.. This very last time I went into the center and donated successfully, I was issued a new card. I was guaranteed that my money was on that card and I was good to go. This was all false. The money is not there and I am going through hardships because I haven't had access to my money.

    On 09/06/2022 I ************************* went to this located Octapharma ************************************************************************************************** to donate and I was stuck by a woman named ***** , and she inserted the needle completely wrong. She stuck me in the middle of my arm hitting my tendon / nerve it was extremely painful and my arm is swollen Till this day from that incident that happened a week ago. When I told ***** that she stuck me wrong, she didnt take it back out after I told her that my whole arm; started to feel a burning pain and went numb instantly, she ignored me and walked away. After 30 minutes of not flowing and ***** seeing my machine was not collecting any of my plasma, I had to call somebody to re-stick me, ******* re did it and tried to argue with me that I was suppose to tell a supposed trained employee how to stick me in my arm. The staff was completely unprofessional and rude especially ******* the lady that takes your vitals when I finally got to my blood return after 1 hour and 30 minutes ******* who re did the insert process on me; forgot to tape back down the needle and started a conversation with another employee on the opposite side where the other donators were. I finished donating after 2 hour and 45 minutes I had to call ******* and the coworker she was talking to over to tell them the needle came out of my arm and blood went all over the floor and all over the seat next to me. Luckily the donator that was next to me had already left. ***** and ******* didnt even apologize for their mistakes.The women knew they made a huge mistake, but refused to apologize or take responsibility for their actions. I came from another state and this was my first experience here at ******* 437 I am furious and HAVE to go to the hospital because ****** mistake still isnt healed and its been over a week. It is painful to move it and shoots sharp pains through my arm!!
