I received a letter on 1-21-25 that a company that Infosys does business with was impacted by a data breach in Nov 2023. I have called 4 times to find out what company that Infosys supports was involved in this data breach. Each time they say they do not have this info and must escalate and say I will be contacted in 3-5 business days. The last time I called I asked for a supervisor and was told that is an another escalation. I would like to know what company was involved in this data breach that I learned about 15 months after it occurred and this company has not supplied this information to date.

I received a NOTICE of DATA BREACH dated January 21, 2025 from Infosys McCamish (IMS). The notice seemed suspicious since it did not mention where my data had been breached from. I contacted my local consumer protection agency to confirm the business was legit. ***** at Consumer Protection advised the business was legitimate and that the breach was under a **************** umbrella. I have no life insurance policies. I have called *** on three occasions, each time being told that my questions would be escalated for additional background info and that I should receive a response in 3-5 business days. I have asked to speak to a manager/supervisor and have been told each time that the only way to do that is to have my request escalated. My first call was 01/27/2025; second was 02/18/2025; and third was 03/07/2025. As you can see, there were substantially more than 5 business days in-between my calls. What I am seeking and have a right to know is where did the breach happen, i.e. at what business/company did the breach occur. Unfortunately, breaches are not that uncommon anymore and I have always been informed as to where any previous breaches occurred. This should be no exception! I would greatly appreciate your assistance in holding this business accountable for reporting that information to me. Thank you~Sincerely,***** **********
