      AHS assigned Inair ************* toservice AC unit. Both companies provide Very poor and disappointing service. Numerous service appts to have AC serviced. AC system is a relatively new unit, Unit is only 18 mos olld. Several repair attempts have resulted in one part replacement after another for same problem. Inial call was made in ******** is now September, basically all Summer, and they are still unablle to expedite service after being recalled several times . Takes 2 - 10 more days for them to come back out each call for same rproblem even though their website claims 24/7 emergency servce. Any problem taking this long for them to resolve should be a priority that gets addressed immefiately not whenever they can get to it! ! Bad business! Unacceptable!

      I had a very disappointing experience with [Contractor's Name] when they came to install a new compressor for my A/C unit. Despite paying over $2500 out of pocket, including for the refrigerant, the job was handled poorly from start to finish.The main issue began immediately after the installation: the A/C was not cooling effectively. I reached out to ****, the technician who performed the installation, on the same day. He assured me that the A/C just needed to run for a while to sort itself out. Unfortunately, this advice proved to be incorrect as the problem persisted.Upon closer inspection, it became clear that insufficient refrigerant had been added to the system, which caused the A/C to freeze up and stop functioning properly.Moreover, I noticed that more attention was paid to upselling and ensuring I paid a significant amount of money out of pocket rather than completing the job to a high standard. It's evident that the job was not completed properly, and the system has not been cooling since. Given the significant amount of money I spent, I expected a professional and thorough service. Instead, I am left with a malfunctioning A/C and no resolution in sight. This is truly sad and disappointing.

      Used this company thru my warranty company paid 2k out of pocket in June and had to file a 2nd claim in August with an alledge different issue with another out of pocket of 1.5k. I believe there is something fishy with this company. I could have bought a new unit with all the out of pocket fees. Poor work quality ??

      Very poor quality work and won't stand by their work. They created a problem with one of my units and it costed me to pay another company to fix it. They are very poor at customer service and they are shady because while they claim they can't work on the second unit without another ticket being created through AHS, but the fact **** did touch the second unit snd caused it not to function, you should stand by your guys error and fix it !! Unscrupulous

      Our AC unit died 2 years ago. I called INAIR to see my options. The technician ***** couldnt have been more helpful in deciding on a new AC and heating unit. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

      We had a couple of dripping faucets to be fixed and a new kitchen faucet to be installed. The online appointment request went very smoothly, with the return phone call happening within minutes. On the day of the appointment, **** arrived on time, explained each step of what he was going to do, and got to work. He took obvious care about what he was doing and did the professional job I was expecting. I am very happy to have inAir as *******************.

      This is the worst company period. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU HAVE A HOME WARRANTY They will rip you off period. Good luck trying to speak with the installer from ******** not one word of English. They are TERRIBLE

      Every time we deal with them we have a good experience. They have come out on weekend emergencies and on standard service and have been well-trained, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. Today is Sunday and Inair tech just left tuning up our furnace that was turning off on its own, and replacing the basement toilet mechanism that was leaking! I highly recommend inAir!

      Previous years our home warranty used this company to service our **. This year ***** came out for a inspection and found failed compressor our warranty denied the claim to replace it. I asked Inair heating and air conditioning to replace it and pay out of pocket like the past year. Now I'm told they don't work outside my home warranty claim nor do they work on trane units anymore Although they did and inspection two week ago and last year allowed me to pay out of pocket. This seems like some suspicious warranty deals going on.
