    I can't believe that this company is allowed to stay in business. I signed up for their service in August so I could watch college football. After a couple of weekends of not being able to watch the games I wanted to because their service was down, I cancelled on their website. Unfortunately, they require that you call in to complete the cancellation. Good luck with that. Nobody will answer the phone. They make you wait on hold for an hour, and then pass you to voicemail, and not surprisingly, nobody calls you back. I have also tried to email their support on multiple occasions, and nobody responds. I tried calling them today, and a voice says, sorry we're experiencing an outage, and then hangs up. I am two months into having to dispute their charges with my credit card company, and at this point I might change my credit card number, just to get past this.

    Vidgo this email to me on 10/1/23-"Unfortunately ,we have a technical outage that started Friday night. The outage was triggered by a dispute with a vendor who changed the terms on Vidgo in the middle of a contract and forced the new terms on Vidgo after hours on Friday night. As a result, Vidgo will issue two weeks free credit and $10 off for each of the next six months to existing customers. As a Vidgo customer you have access to TV Everywhere content from our partners through their apps and website. (More TV Everywhere information). For example, you can watch the *** on the *** or *** Network apps, Roku, Apple, Firestick and on their websites. To access TV Everywhere select Vidgo as your service provider, and enter your Vidgo user name and password."Unfortunately, my family doesn't watch sports channels and to be honest TV Everywhere is not working either. I just got billed $39.99 for a service I didn't even have access to and none of the above email was applied about the two weeks free or $10 off service. I tried calling all the customer service numbers to get this corrected and I get an automated response stating about the outage and was hung up on. I opened up a support ticket twice now and have heard nothing. I even emailed them. I want my money back. I give them a zero in all areas.

    Theres a reason they are the cheap option. It doesnt work. You are throwing away your money if you subscribe to this failure of a streaming company. Stop stealing peoples money.

    zero stars, vidgo is garbage! want a full refund immediately! they are not responding, atleast have customer support, be honest.shouldnt even get a star!

    Vidgo went down the middle of September so I canceled their service Oct 7 as my renewal date is Oct 15.Vidgo still took the $55 out the 15th of October for a service that is no longer in service.Won't answer the phones or their email !!!!!!And the bank won't help me stop the automatic deduction...Guess I will tell the bank my debit card was stolen so I can close Vidgo down from getting any my fraud money !!!!!

    Same thing happened to me they charged me ***** for service and said it would be a ***** for first month of service and service is not even working now I want my money refunded for *****

    On September 14,2023 I paid $20 for one month of this service. After a short time, couple days, I canceled. The message on the website promised that service was would be canceled after the trial period. On October 14,2023 my credit card was charged for the full subscription price. Again I logged in and canceled. My account status is tagged canceled, however the expiration date is November 14, 2023. Be ware. It appear it is very difficult to cancel this streaming service.

    I wish you could give 0 stars. The service is very glitchy even when it is up and running. But it's not even running at all for over a week now and yet they are still taking in new customers to a non working service.

    During the outage with Vidgo streaming, the customer service phone rings one time and hangs up. The voice mail give the option of stream through another service provider that does not work either! Furthermore I sent an email about not providing service with no response.I had to ****** issue with Vidgo to find out why the system was not working. According to the web . The service has not worked in weeks and state they are giving a 10 dollar a month credit but keeps billing for services not rendered. You cant get in contact with no one to get a time frame on whether to cancel

    I love vidgo when it works..past 3 weeks once for 2 days ..now going on 2nd days....poor customer service but line up is ok....
