    They rescheduled me 3 times to finish a service as well as they advertise on thier website lifetime warranty on thier service which mine is messed up from poor installation on thier part and they have blocked my phone number

    Eilte Tinting while installing my tint burned the speaker coving on brand new ****************************************************************************************************** addition to the speaker damage they only did 4 of the 6 windows missing the back 2 little windows. They also installed the front window tint with wrinkles in it, not bubbles actual wrinkles and they also had a 1/4 in gap of the tint at the top where you could tell it was cut too short. The company day one ( the owner ) said they messed and they will fix.. but after multiple calls and texting they have just stopped responding. I had to go to another shop to have the tinting completed right. I am not asking for anything but the amount they billed me on the credit card.. The owners direct cell number is. ************

    I paid to have my truck windows tinted after two no call no-show. They finally showed up a week later I noticed bubbles in the bottomof the front windshield tint that would not come out. I was told repeatedly a technician would come out to fix the issue the dates given and went without any resolution Now when I call customer service, they tell me they have to look into it and well get back to me and I never hear anything them. This has been going on for over two months.

    I had my windows tinted 8-20-24. Made contact on 8-25 about the bubbles was told to wait it out they would settle. They have not. I finally got a hold of some one and they were supposed to come out and fix it 9/10. I called that morning because the text I received the night before has the wrong time on it. I was assured I had the right time that the system all done all wonky. They were to be there at 11:30. They never called or showed. I called all that afternoon and several times since and left several voicemails,text and emails to no avail

    Scheduled an appointment for Saturday June 15th 2024. They come to you to tint windows on your car. Used afterpay to pay in full before scheduling appointment. They never showed up, never called. Now, **** doesnt want to send me proof of refund. He keeps telling me he will, but never does. He lies to me just to get me off the phone. I feel like i was scammed from the beginning and they were never going to come out for the scheduled appointment. He took my money and never delivered. Afterpay paid in full and now i owe the finance company. I have to keep paying..
