    My company requested Mapcargo ship boxes from ****** to **** by air. We warned them that the parcels should be kept at a control temperature of 2-8C as soon as possible and could be left for a couple of days at Room temperature only for transit.However, after 16 days without any information about where is my cargo, because they (Mapcargo) told me all the time that my cargo was in Delta's warehouse in a cool room, it was suspicious why it took 10 days in stand by, and after we asked Delta about the *** they said that they (MapCargo) cancel itself this *** and they never had my cargo in their warehouse of Delta, Mapcargo leave my cargo at 110F warehouse for 10 days in ground transportation close to ***, They made me lose a bill of 6k and the complaint of my client in ****, My company is a ************* and we ask they paid us 6k plus the time to make again the products that is almost 10k One more thing, I paid around 630 dollars for this service and they backed me the money with the discounted truck that returned my hot products.*** 006-41899130 ***** REFERENCE: SBOSAE053175 INITIAL DATE OF SERVICE: 07/24/2023

    All issue with client was address at time of quote and after issues.
    Long story client declined the use of exclusive reefer truck, he commonly trying to save despite knowing how critical are his shipment.
    He has requested the same services several times with positive and negative scenarios .
    He is well aware that none of services or transit time are guaranteed.
    Mapcargo,in good faith, also absorbed return costs .
    Sadly, this complaint is unfair. Feel free to reply to me so I can close this task.

    I am rejecting this response because: I never requested a cheap price, and I never refused to refrigeration truck as shown in my email. He doesn't show any evidence about what he said.
    He needed to show the document of Delta Cargo where my cargo was all this time as he said. 
    I demonstrated with previous emails enclosed the first time.

    Their Modus Operandi It is detrimental to my company, even ******************************** and his boss ***** were totally rude.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    They all the time lied about my boxes are in warehouse refrigeration of Delta, after weeks they said that Delta can't ship to **** due to the labels, because the labels shown "sensitive temperature", we work all the time with this label and never reject by labels.

    We have a witness to file the lawsuit in Delta, which confirms the Cargo was never with them, they did a AWB fictitious with the proposal of fool me, but my witness say that Mapcargo cancel this AWB.

    In the case they don't want recognize us the damages we will go to court, and the requirement will be 100K

    Better Business Bureau:

    I would like to know what is their offer? return e cost of ship only? absolutely my answer is no, Due to their irresponsibility, they destroyed my merchandise by leaving it in the ***** heat for more than 3 weeks. The value  of the invoice is almost 7k plus time lost.
