      I am submitting this complaint to formally report a significant service failure by Proof of the Pudding, an *******-based catering and event management company, concerning a booking at their venue, Summit at 8West, located at ******************************************************Incident Details:Booking Date: April 4, 2025 Scheduled Event Date: April 7, 2025 Venue: Summit at 8West Booking Confirmation: Received immediately upon booking via their website Cancellation Notice: Received minutes before the scheduled start time on April 7, 2025 On April 4, 2025, I booked a meeting space at ****** at 8West through Proof of the Puddings website. I received a confirmation, but on April 7, 2025, just before the meeting, a representative from Proof of the Pudding informed me they didnt have my booking due to an internal system error.This cancellation forced me to cancel a well-planned meeting, wasting time, resources, and potential business opportunities. Proof of the Puddings lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. I want to address this to prevent similar experiences for other clients.
