    (Atlanta) I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with this company. I was referred by one of my colleagues, so on February 9th, 2024, on my last night of visiting Atlanta on a work trip, I purchased a $25 Montecristo cigar from this establishment, only to discover that it was falling apart shortly after I began to enjoy it.Expecting reasonable customer service, I approached your the owner to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the issue at hand, the owner of the company attempted to shift blame onto me for the cigar's deterioration. This lack of accountability and dismissive attitude towards a legitimate concern is utterly disappointing.As a consumer, I value transparency, quality, and fair treatment. The way in which my concern was handled reflects poorly on your company's commitment to customer satisfaction. Due to this unsatisfactory experience and the lack of proper resolution, I regret to inform you that I will not be revisiting your establishment in the future.I hope that this feedback prompts a reevaluation of your customer service practices to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
