Refund and Exchange Policy

1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

   - Unsatisfactory Service: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the cleaning service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will assess the situation and determine if a refund is appropriate.

   - Cancellation: If you cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment at least 48 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a refund. However, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within the specified time frame. We may require details and evidence to assess the situation accurately. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable time period.

3. Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued, depending on the circumstances and the extent of the issue encountered.

4. Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as booking fees or administrative charges, may be non-refundable even if a refund is issued for the cleaning service.
