      On 1/4/25 I purchased a 3 day Women Speak Grow **** Intense course with Sonja ********* for $97. However, I was charged an extra $55 for another offer that I clearly did not check the box for. I scrolled the page looking for contact information, when I did not find any I immediately reached out to Sonja personally on her IG page. By the next day I checked and she had indeed responded, telling me how that was odd because it has to be clicked on (which I clearly noticed first as it is in an enclosed box separately on the page and stands out) but she did provide me with an email to contact for the refund. I thanked her for responding and even complimented her (she read it without a response or thank you).I received a response informing me that my refund had been initiated and would be issued 48hrs after an event. Well 9 days later with still no word or refund, I once again reached out by email and also to Sonja personally, I informed them that it had been over a week and if I hadn't heard anything by that evening I would just file a claim through my bank. Obviously that upset and set her off because she responded by telling me that's why she doesn't get involved with tech issues now, and how over 400 people had registered already and she basically didn't want to deal with anyone being frustrated because of technology or because "I accidentally purchased something"... basically putting the blame on me as if I made the mistake. She then stated that she instructed her team to refund me the entire $152 instead of the $55 I was disputing! I was completely lost and confused because basically I was denied a service I actually did agree to pay for, not to mention I wasted almost 2hrs of my time listening the first day, as well as several other days, ink and paper from my printer.. all to be wrongfully rejected, removed from the cue, and told to go find another coach to help me.Beyond unprofessional and unethical!!!

      I wanted to speak and coach for a living, and I excitedly signed up with Dr. *********************** Date: May 2023 Initial amount paid for training - $500 (I am not asking to have this refunded)Business commitment - 4 strategy meetings with a coach, access to online training, and monthly meetings with Dr. ********************** Nature of dispute - the training platform did not work, and the workers seemed unable to assist by the time the problem was corrected; it was close to the period when the site would no longer be accessible. I requested a refund and have been asking for one since then. Some of the many emails sent to them are attached for your perusal. I am requesting a refund of $1,997, which was paid for that course. My business has suffered with the time wasted and the money spent on a program which did not work out.I am looking forward to receiving no less than $1,997. Thank you!

      August 29, 2023, I registered for a 3 day intense speaking course and received the "Congratulations" after processing the registration and survey. Later in the morning I received and email indicating the registration wasn't complete. I contacted customer support where I was told they didn't see my payment and to process it again. I processed it again, with the same outcome of not actually being registered. I contacted customer support again and requested a refund for the two payments (provided then with copy of payment from the bank, twice as they claimed they couldn't open the **** so I sent screen shots) totaling $150.00. The response was that they would look into it and respond, which hasn't happened, Through the email correspondence I was asked if an email address belong to me, which I verified as my work email although I was communicating through my person email, which I registered with and their initial correspondence about not completing the registration came to. I have emailed 17 times with 9 run around responses. I want a refund of the $150 paid for something I never received. And no I did not and do not want to be placed on a wait list. I do not trust them and just want my refund so I can move on.

      I ATTENDED A COACHING INFO SESSION VIA ZOOM AROUND MARCH 23, 2023. DURING THE COURSE OF THIS THEY ADVERTISED BMB BOXES WHICH HAD INFO ON COACHING STARGETIES FOR SALE. I PAID $197.00 FOR ONE BOX ON THE LAST DAY AND SHORTTLY AFTER I WAS TOLD THERE WERE NO MORE BOXES LEFT. I ASKED FOR A REFUND FROM THE DRSONJABRANDS COMPANY THROUGH THEIR SUPPORT EMAIL. I WAS ASKED BY THE COMPANY TO FORWARD A COPY OF MY RECEIPT WHICH I EMAILED BACK TO THE COMPANY. I WAS TOLD ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS THEY WERE SENDING TO THEIR FINANCE ***** AS OF TODAY I HAVE NOT HEARD ANY OTHER CORRESPONDENCE OR RECEIVED MY REFUND.

      I have been reaching out since December 8th for a refund from this company for $55. I emailed a representative from the company and they said " Your refund has been submitted. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.."On December 19th, after following up with this request, the representative asked me if I wanted to use the funds to attend the conference next year (2023). I declined and said that I would just like my refund. I have followed up several times since and I have not received any correspondence back since December 19th, 2022.
