I requested accommodation for communication and handling changes to my account to be via email or text. In June 2024. My request were not honored till the second week of July. In October 2024 my card was charge 249 without my consent or knowledge. When asking for a breakdown of payments they refused to give it to me and said it was my responsibility, even though I wanted to verify the transactions. When I mentioned accommodations, requesting to have phone calls recorded they completely ignored my concerns of them not being honored and basically told me I was the problem. There name is a misnomer and they kept tellig me they are supportive and all i have to do is ask and I did, but they did not give me the help I needed when requested and I had to continuously say the same thing over and over again.

Signing up for the Body Design University **** CPT Study Guide was an easy choice. They stood out from the other popular guides for many reasons. And it was clear that this organization is passionate about what they do and cares about the people they help.******************* and *** are why I passed the **** CPT exam on my first go. I'm convinced of that! It's a perfect combination: A focused guidebook, helpful videos (and audio), and one-on-one sessions to help you gain clarity and stay on track.Want to get your **** certification? Sign up with ***!

If you are not already a personal trainer, or been dabbling in the field for a minute, the test is hard, & then there's a fee to retake it. I was in a class of 7, & out of those 7, 5 were already personal trainers in some form. 1 of the "students" were actually 1 of their ********* *** hear that was the case in their last live training. I wouldn't suggest you take this course if you have no experience in the field. You'll end up spending a lot of $. This program is for folks who already have a lot of knowledge in Personal Training. I wouldn't start out fresh here. The Worse Part.Their bathrooms were out for 3-4 days of the 2 weeks, which took away from my experience a lot! Because we had to walk 2 blocks to a gas station bathroom, in the middle of winter, that was a mess, I ended up hurting myself in the process of 1 of those trips, because I had to go so bad, & was *******. I had been holding it for over an hour while ***** was so called fixing it. I ended up with a big ****** on my forehead, & a black eye for the rest of the session, which was about another 11 days. That really shifted my experience. I still thought that after all my studying I would pass. When I didn't pass, & realized it was $200-250 to retake, I was a little taken a back. I waited a couple of days to contact the owner, ***** to see if he would possibly take that getting hurt set me back, into consideration, & possibly give me a free retake. But no, & then he ask for full payment, on top of it, to finish out their whack training program, or else I wouldn't get a completion certificate when I do finish, unless I was paid in full. He took into no consideration that I got hurt badly, because of their bathrooms being out of order for days. I left this program, & have big regrets joining it. The way they handled the situation, was very insensitive the whole way through, *** feel it's more about $, & not truly helping folks succeed.

Hi *************************, We are sorry you did not have a good experience. We tried very hard to provide service above your expectations. We understand that failing an exam is very discouraging. We are also sorry you walked into the front entrance thinking it was open and bumped your head. We checked on you, and you confirmed you were OK multiple times. It's disingenuous to say the bathrooms were out for 3-4 days. They were used every day and had 2 separate clogs for short periods. We also have an A rating with the BBB. We asked you to pay your balance in full because of the billing status on your account. The same $199 exam retake fee is paid by all students that do not pass, which you agreed to before taking the exam. After explaining this to you, you began to personally attack and threaten legal action. We wish you all the best and are sorry again that we didn't exceed your expectations.

Saying I felt you weren't a good person, is not a personal attack, it's how I feel. I feel that I wasn't treated very well, considering, it could have been a lot worse. I feel a Good Person, would have taken that I almost busted my head open, (ONLY BECAUSE YOUR BATHROOMS WERE BLOCKED) into consideration, & given me a free retake, instead of saying, " maybe if you pay off your balance, I'll consider it", is not being a good person. Because I would, & a lot of other folks would have been sensitive to the fact that it could have really affected my performance the rest of the session. I also would have paid for their trip there, not ask them to pay off their balance, after knowing they just spent $****s getting to My School. But, that's me, & all the other good folks out here.I said 3-4 days, because I took a few days off, with a banging ********* *** didn't see a plumber, until several days later. Did I miss something? The bathrooms should have never been out like that, & we definitely shouldn't have had to walk 2 blocks, to a dirty gas station bathroom, in the middle of winter, at all. My tuition was being paid. Yes, I was a couple days late, 2 months, & was going to pay it off within a couple of months, until I saw through it all. You All push the pay off, *** can tell you all do not give the same attention to the folks who are making payments, compared to the folks who pay the program off. If that's the case, then stop taking payments, & only work with folks who can afford to pay the whole $7000-$8000, because I definitely wasn't getting that kind of monies worth. What is your test for? It's not an evaluation test. And why the retake fee, when you are already charging over $7000 for a program that in my opinion, is definitely not worth it? Folks are joining your program, so that you can get them through Nationals. Not take them through a whole lot of extra, to get extra $. Why don't you do evaluation pre-test, to see where your students are, & train accordingly to what a person knows as far as Personal Training is concerned? As far as threatening legal action... I said, that I was in touch with an Attorney, because My Cousin is 1, & said I had legal recourse. I said, that I wasn't interested in that, just wanted out of the program. It's a waste of ************* Real colleges, like where I'm going, ************************, has a 9 week program for $1200, with your Nationals test voucher included. And you don't have to travel ****s of miles. **** also directs you to tutors, that are a lot more hands on, & a lot cheaper. Oh, & you all were not checking on me like that, & who is you all? You called me once, the 1st **** *** think **** texted once. After that, there was no, "check in", & **** ignored a messenger, where I asked him about something I missed. No 1 at BDU, asked how I was doing on the days I missed. On those days, it was dead silence, except **** gave me a couple of oks when I said I didn't feel good, & wasn't coming in. He didn't ask me how I was doing forreal. You all were not checking in like that, at all. A few of the other students did. Again, Goodluck with your "school" moving forward.I suggest folks check out their local colleges, or other programs that are a Iot cheaper, & more efficient. I wish I would have, but these Personal Trainer programs are just coming up at real colleges, because Personal Training is basically a new Career field of the last 30 years. NASM, is also Partnered up with BETTER Personal Training Programs, that are a lot cheaper, & there's tudoring programs that are cheaper, & much more hands on. BDU, is not 1 of NASM's featured Partnership schools. Do your research, don't rush in.
