    I have made several purchases on eBay.con from ANTonline. Every purchase I place ANTonline request to have returned to them per tracking results. They then refuse to issue full refund for items I clearly never took possession of.

    I purchased a $1500 laptop from this seller on ***** It was shipped via **** However, *** delivered it to someone else and they signed for it. The tracking information says that it was delivered to me because this was the recipient information attached to the shipment.*** is unable to investigate without the seller's authorization. The seller has completely ignored my requests to initiate a lost package claim with **** I have zero recourse, the seller has my money, and I have no other options. Since 7/8, I have messaged the seller explicitly requesting that they reach out to *** multiple times:2 requests on July 8 1 request on July 11 1 request on July 15 1 request on July 19 The seller has not responded to any of my requests to reach out to ****

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I am well aware of what the tracking information says. However, as I have stated multiple times, the package was delivered to the wrong address and someone else signed for it. Of course the tracking will indicate that I received it - that is the only identifying information for the package!

    There is literally nothing that your business will lose by reaching out to *** to authorize an investigation. If *** investigates and determines that the package was delivered properly, then that is the end of it - the case will be closed and there is no further action required. If *** determines the package was delivered to the wrong address, then they are responsible for the missing package, which should have been insured if you as a company did what you are supposed to do.

    Frankly, the fact that you are unwilling to take this step shows just how little you care about your customers. What you are saying is that if you have my money and the package says "delivered," then you feel that it's acceptable to completely ignore the customer when there is an issue.

    That is unacceptable customer service.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Once again, you are completely ignoring my request to have *** investigate. I am not asking you to refund me or replace the laptop - I am simply asking you to allow *** to investigate. 

    I have read several other BBB complaints for your company that are similar to mine - that the tracking says delivered but it was not received. You contacted the shipper to investigate in those cases - why are you not being consistent in my case?

    You keep bringing up the tracking information - I am well aware that it says it was delivered and signed for. I provided evidence that it was not my signature. President ***** could have signed for the package and it will still indicate that I did on the tracking. Despite all of this, you refuse to simply authorize *** to investigate.

    For anyone else who may happen to read this, buyer beware - think twice about ordering from this company. If they have your money, and the tracking says delivered, end of story - they will refuse to offer assistance if something were to happen to the package.

    I had bought a product via Newegg on 7/7/22 ******* IdeaPad Gaming 3. Order # *********. Tracking # 1ZE4W1680397696278) that used a marketplace seller ANTonline. Everything with the purchase went smoothly up until the *** tracking number stating that the product was delivered to my address and was left at the front door. Upon checking the front door, the product was not found. No additional proof of delivery (other than auto generated delivery verification from ***) is able to be obtained (ie signature for product obtained by recipient or picture of product delivered). Due to this incident occurring on a Saturday, I contacted ANTonline on Monday morning, 7/11/22, via phone and email (their preferred contact method) and have not received any correspondence back to rectify this situation. Newegg, on the other hand; seems to have rinsed their hands completely and have taken no responsibility in this transaction. The ONLY "solution" that Newegg had for me was to file a police report or contact ANTonline (who seems to be unreachable). This transaction did not fail Newegg nor did it fail ANTonline. It failed a hardworking consumer by stealing their hard-earned money and leaving them empty-handed.

    I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive a product that I purchased from this business. Despite what the *** automated delivery confirmation form states, the product was not delivered to me. *** did not provide a picture of the item on my property for me to identify/confirm that it was delivered to my residence and no signature for delivery confirmation was obtained. I believe ANTonline should take responsibility for ensuring a product is delivered to the paying customer by having protocols in place to prevent this from happening again (ie using a better carrier service that provides security for expensive packages). The transactional agreement was broken when ANTonline failed to deliver the product, therefore; a refund should be issued.
