    I attempted to cancel service on January 29th, 2025. Was told I have to pay 30 days of service before being able to cancel. I reluctantly agreed. Another monthly payment for telephone service was auto withdrawn on 1/31/25. Another automatic payment was withdrawn on 3/31/25. I called to request to "stop auto withdrawing" and was told on 4/3/25 that they would stop taking additional payments from me and that a refund would be forthcoming. On 5/1/25 another automatic payment was withdrawn from my checking account. I called to ask why and they said it was a glitch and that a full refund for all the over charges would be coming. I had to log in and remove all payment authorization in hopes of stopping the ongoing withdrawals. Today I checked and have received no credit or refund. Spoke to ***** again, she said a refund would be forthcoming but the amount was less than expected (she agreed that amount was off by over $70.00) and when asked if I wanted to receive that additional amount, I said yes and she replied that it will take another ************************************************************************************************* the future to follow up. This is a ridiculous trap that I am now stuck in.
