    ***** electric company uses this company as a way to manage payments for my electricity account. I mailed my payment to this company on February 2nd. It still has not been applied to my account and it is impossible to track down a representative to figure out why it is not paid. This is causing me to have a negative balance on my account, making my payment history poor with this company, as well as running the risk of my power being turned off. I am now going to have to cancel this check and jump to a lot of hoops to get this money back and get it to where it needs to go. This is very poor business that even the company that hired you cannot get a hold of someone to help out in this situation.

    charge of $571.76 on my debit card to SEDC Payment on Jan 18, 2022. I called the supplied phone number ************ was advised that this was a utility bill charge. I only have ******* Electric utility and I have receipts for paid utilities for that period. I called ******* Electric and they do not use a third party billing company. I may have approved this charge for something but I don't remember it and don't have any invoice, statement, receipt or knowledge of this payment. I would like to know where the money went, to whom it was paid.
