    I made a large mistake in 2021 thinking I was switching to a larger company for my alarm system and DVR Cameras. I called Phoenix today around 10:15 a.m. after realizing that my front camera had dropped from the hole that Phoenix drilled and exposed the wiring that they installed. I was expecting them to come out and repair the issue, The polite young lady in custoimer care said something like, "This may sound odd, but have you checked the screws," I told her I was 72 years old and my wife will not allow me on a ladder any more. She said that she understood and went on to say (Without actually saying it) that they could not help me because they were extremely busy. I asked to speak to a supervir and was told that he was not there. I gave up after a year trying to get Phoenix to correct my Android so that I would get instant notification about my Skybell Video camera. A nice repair person told me that I needed to upgrade my telephone so I did, but he did not tell me I needed a speficif telephone, Wow, am I really out the cash and Phoenix does not seem to care, They are not even BBB Accredited, Save your dollars for another company,
