    On Tuesday October 29, 2024 I had a ticket to attend an event at the Gateway Center Arena. First, I had some questions about entrance for persons with accessibility issues and confirming that having a point & shoot camera would be allowed (as stated on the venues FAQ section of the website) but no one answered the phone listed for customer service *************).When I arrived at the venue there was just a long line with no staff or signs around to guide (or indicate where a person with Accessibility issues should go) so I went to where it ended to not be discourteous to others. After waiting in it for 90 minutes the security at the screening didn't allow me entry because of my camera (a point and shoot) and advised them of the type it is and that it's lens is not 90mm (again, as advised on their website) but they still ********** because of my accessibility issues and waiting I'm very disappointed with the experience I received at your venue tonight; because I wasted my time. Additionally, I emailed the Director of Security (****** ******) and Interim Executive Director (****** ******) immediately that evening about my bad experience but neither have responded or reached out.
