    On July 18 2023, I purchased 3 tickets through Stubhub to a Rema concert in ******* that was supposed to happen July 26 2023. While we were at the concert, the artist canceled the show due to technical issues after we waited for 3 hours. He mentioned that he would postpone the concert but we can get a refund if we wanted to. I have been trying to get a refund from Stubhub for months now without success. They said that I should wait until the new was provided when I told them that I am no longer interested to attend as the 2 people with me left the country. We already spend 100+ dollars just to attend the show from Parking($40) to food etc.The tickets were $296.17 My order number was *********
