    I had never visited one of these before this day. I was at a car dealership that was super far from my home. Only because I was in the area. this was located directly across the street. I decided I was going to finally check them out. I had my bowl and began to check out using a gift card. I was told the transaction didn't go through. My card was ran on the other register. days later, I was checking the balance on the gift card. Come to find out, the charge did go through the 1st time. I had 2 charges. I eventually called the location. I explained what happened. I was put on hold for about 30 seconds. the young lady came back and said there were no double transactions. I was in shock. Because how could she discover this so quickly...days after the transactions.I wrote in to them. I received a response. I sent a screenshot of my gift card transactions. the response was something like giving me a credit to my CSC account. My response was I didn't have one. I reiterated that it was my first visit and that their location was super far away from my home. I also asked what could be done for my inconveniences. I haven't heard anything else from them.

    I was sent an email ********** bothers me because I originally emailed them. Im tired of emailing. Especially without any response nor progress. I hope they arent giving me the run around! Because this certainly seems odd to email them again

    The manager at the restaurant had multiple communications with Ms. ********* in an effort to address her concerns about duplicate charges on her gift card.  Despite finding no evidence of a duplicate gift card transaction, the restaurant offered to credit her CSC account with a free meal or send her a replacement gift card for the amount in dispute.  Ms. ********* wanted not only the gift card, but also "additional compensation" or cash for her inconvenience, which we did not offer.

    I had the grape salad and the grapes were mushy and over sauced and barely edible. Now what?

    I paid less than what I deserved. My paycheck is lower than $70. Im supposed to making at least $200. I would like my money to match the hours I worked. Make it make sense!

    Ticket # ********* Cashier was wrong. Embarrassed tf out of me as if I was the problem when giving me my change. SHE DID NOT CALCULATE HER MATH CORRECTLY. Run these cameras back!I then called to get GMs infospoke to *****. Extremely disrespectful. Told me not to yell.     I ordered the catering lunch boxes for my new dentist's office. Due to password issues the app didn't let me pay. ****** did not order for me. I called the store 4/22/24 prior to them opening. I talked to ****** and told her that I would like to change the Doctor and ****'s order to classic since the lemon one is not a popular first time taste. She said okay. I asked her could she just put a sample of that one in those two boxes and she said yes. My friend picked up the order and delivered it. The two that said extra were to be classic and grape salad. But we got ***** and broccoli salad. I hate broccoli ! I called the store and ****** said can I just call the dentist office and tell them they have the wrong food. I said no because they are on lunch now. I can not just go through their food and take them mine. No apology was given and I asked for the *** ****** was not much help either. It was like I was nothing to them. He said he had to do too much paperwork and etc...to refund me but he could give me 2 meals. I said that I do not want Chicken salad right now as I am upset with this outcome. He told me that the orders should not be made inside and that is not the correct way to do a catering order. I said so you telling me that your employees are incompetent and not trained to take orders? I said I stood there the whole time. She repeated it to me twice. It was correct but she made a mistake. That is a part of being human. I was expecting more compassion than can you take it back or call the dentist. I was getting home security installed and could not leave home. I felt like since I was not Amazon or a large corporation spending thousands of dollars, they did not care. I told them don't despise small beginnings. I was ordering small but also adversing too. The had NEVER HEARD of this restaurant. So this made me sad ! I was left without 2 boxes and the dentist said they received another wrong order also. I am not working but I love to give and make others smile!

    I am a former employee at this location. Chicken salad chick is a company that praises love, communication, and good experiences but my year and two months was short of all three. I was trained as a FOH (front of house) cashier, but was also extremely educated and successful in the *** (back of house) , where the food is made and prepared. Before I was wrongfully fired, I was there longer than everyone else besides one person, so efficiently trained was an understatement. Last Friday October 27th an employee reached out to me and said they would miss me since I was being fired, but this termination wasnt brought to my attention by any shift lead, assistant manager, or general manager. I called this store multiple times, called and texted my general manager and assistant manager **** and *********************, and also the district manager which is *************************. I was ignored by ****, ******* could only say she had no play in it - but shes happy Im getting out of a toxic environment, and ****** ignored me and my parental guardians questions and wants for a professional phone call or meeting regarding my termination. It has almost been a week of me calling the store, reaching out, and calling the corporate number regarding my wrongful termination and like I was in the workplace, Ive been consistently and vaguely ignored. This place exhibits discrimination and doesnt try to hide it any more, The amount of negative experiences I had to deal with at this location was disheartening, but asking for a meeting or at least a professional phone call on why an co worker had to tell me I was fired but someone with authority couldnt is what tops the cake. This store is not what it seems and its toxicity reeks.

    The assistant manger ani *********** at the ********** location is telling private information to ppl on fb about a former worker. When someone worked somewhere and how many hours they worked should not be shared with people online. Who knows what other personal information she is giving out.

    On Tuesday, February 6th, 2023, I purchased a $10 gift card for my daughter for Valentine's *** because she likes your restaurant. The ticket# is *********, User Laken at 5:54:56pm using my AMEX card. I also received a *** activation receipt; however, today, 02/20/23 when my daughter went to use her *** gift card, the person taking her order said that there was no money on the gift card. I called your store while she was there and spoke to ******** and then to ******. ****** said that they will write her name down and then the next time my daughter comes to ***, they will give her a free meal then. Well, I don't believe ******. The reason why is I bought a *** gift and we took it to your place to use but your staff said that the card was empty. She has not had an opportunity to use the card because I gave it on the 14th and she worked at night for the next few nights closing where she works and then, she had a retreat at church, so today, Monday, Feb 20th is her first time to use it and it didn't work. When I spoke with ****** she said she would write it down. I don't believe her like she didn't believe I had paid the $10 for the *** gift card. What if ****** leaves, or is off or whatever before my daughter comes back or what if the book they supposedly write her name in is lost? What recourse do we have? None. It's our word vs. her word. I am going to file a complaint elsewhere next with the BBB. I have pictures of the gift card receipts. This was a horrible experience. I will also file to dispute this charge with AMEX to get my money backs as well and I have my receipts as proof.

    I am writing this to respond to the attached complaint as I cannot locate this on the BBB website. We received an email from this gentleman on February 20, 2023 regarding a concern with a gift card that was purchased at a franchise owned location. This location is not owned by our office. In an attempt to make this right from our end, I reached out on February 20, 21, and 22 asking for a photo of the back of the gift card that they were given to troubleshoot further. I never received a response with a photo of the gift card that was given to this gentleman.
    I have reached out again, today, March 7 asking for a photo of the gift card. Without this information, I cannot troubleshoot further to ensure he has a working gift card.
    Furthermore, because this location is locally owned by a franchisee, we do not have the ability to issue a refund.

    Ordered food from ************************************************************************************* at 431pm through there website. The order was never delivered. Upon contacting store the manager put us on hold for 15 min, then returned to the phone call and said the gm said there is nothing we can do. Maybe you can get a refund tomorrow and hung up the phone. Upon trying to call back they would answer and hang up. One time they left the phone answered and just laughed for 3 min before hanging up. I was just trying to get gm to call me or reorder food.
