In November, I completed online training of cpr/first aid/aed. I purchased the training directly from them online. The website promises a a training card to verify I have completed the course. I require proof to keep my professional license. I never received my card. I have sent them numerous emails, called several times, entered Into their online chat, messaged them through ******** and left comments on their ******** page and am getting no response. I am due to prove that I have completed training and have no proof, meaning I will have to pay a different company to get my credentials. I see on their ******** page that there are other people who also got scammed and never recieved proof of training as well. They are taking people's money but not providing what we pay for.

I am showing your cards and wallet certificate are located in your account portal. If you login to your training and click the exam tab you will see both a copy of your wallet card as well as your certificate. We had to move to digital cards as individuals were photocopying and altering the hard copies. The new digital cards are equipped with a certification ID and can be verified by your employer. These cards can be printed and handed to your employer. A physical wallet card on your person is no longer required for lay responders.
