      This is the worst company to deal with that I have ever encountered. They are completely unhelpful. They tried to charge a 1% fee for an *** transfer that I have never had to pay. When my client (who recently switched to REPAY) had them cancel the 1% fee, they have done nothing but place roadblocks when I try to register my bank information with them to make the *** transfer (It's a payment of several thousand dollars so the 1% fee added up to nearly $600 over a year) - Ridiculous. Now they send me a paper check that they have already messed up once. So much for being a "seamless, faster" payment service. Any response from customer support is basically "sorry, can't help". They have been a really fun company to deal with. If I had the power, I would demand my client drop their "services". Good luck if you have to deal with them!
