  ****** ****-******** ceo/owner of research and credit repair company was hired by family member ******** ******** to provide a service for a property he sold that was a co-inheritance without my consent. After speaking with her regarding the issues I had with the alleged services she provided him regarding the property and reporting my concerns to the BBB. All of my personal information was some how leaked by someone on the internet and my personal issue concerning property was never resolved. All of my information dating back 20 years including my childhood nickname has been leaked onto numerous websites. All of my consumer privacy has been compromised. I have continued to receive harassing spam calls from multiple collection companies for accounts that I believe are not mine but other consumers that carry the same name. A complete violation of consumer rights. It has truly been a living technology nightmare all due to what I believe was personal greed.

However, the claims made by Ms. ****** ************** in her review are entirely false, misleading, and defamatory.First and foremost, Sterling Legal Services, Inc. is a legal research and consumer advocacy firmnot a credit repair company. Ms. ************** according to her family suffers from severe mental illness. At no time did our firm have any involvement with her personal information or financial matters. We have never had access to her private records, nor have we ever disclosed, leaked, or shared any consumer data. Her claims regarding identity exposure, harassment by collection agencies, and consumer privacy violations are entirely baseless. Our firm does not engage in, nor does it have the ability to facilitate, the dissemination of personal data to third parties or the internet.The sole connection between our firm and this matter is through ******** ********, a client who retained our services in connection with a probate property transaction. Ms. *************** concerns regarding inheritance disputes should be directed toward the appropriate legal channels, not our firm, which had no role in any decision-making regarding the property in question.Unfortunately, Ms. ************** has a documented history of filing baseless complaints against businesses, local government agencies, and law enforcement authorities. The claims in her review are not only unsubstantiated but appear to be part of a broader pattern of false allegations. Given the defamatory nature of these statements and their potential impact on our firms reputation, we will be taking appropriate legal action, including a formal complaint for criminal harassment and defamation, to be filed in *******, **, on March 21, 2025.Sterling Legal Services, Inc. remains committed to providing professional and ethical legal research and consumer advocacy services.   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are really nice when you sign up and pay for services and afterwards they don't respond or even update you. After months of minimal feedback, I contacted *********************** and was told "you're a bug and we are closing your file". Do not give them your money. The most unprofessional and rude company. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

  Sirs, We are writing in response to the recent complaint submitted by ****************. **************** approached our firm alleging that she was a victim of identity theft fraud. In support of her claim, she signed a fraud affidavit and submitted documentation purporting to validate her status as a victim. However, subsequent investigations revealed that **************** was not, in fact, a true victim of identity theft. The evidence indicated that she had falsified the documentation provided to our firm and to the credit bureaus.Given the gravity of these findings, our firm was compelled to terminate our professional relationship with ****************. Our commitment to integrity and truth necessitates that we take such actions when confronted with fraudulent behavior. Following her dismissal, **************** expressed her dissatisfaction by making threats to post negative reviews about our firm.As an organization that upholds the highest standards of ethical conduct, we do not tolerate deceptive practices. We have reported ******************** fraudulent activities to the relevant credit bureaus and other appropriate agencies to prevent further misuse.We stand by our actions and continue to strive to maintain a trustworthy and reliable service for all our clients.
